Thank you so much for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear the home was comfortable, nicely updated, and in a convenient location for your trip. Regarding the thermostat, the limit is set at 72 during periods of extreme heat to prevent the AC unit from icing over, which can cause it to stop cooling entirely. If you had reached out during your stay, depending on the weather conditions, we may have been able to adjust it lower for you. We appreciate your review and are happy the home worked well overall for your visit.

We have nothing but glowing praise to lavish on this house. The location was perfect for our vacation plans. Both inside and outside, it’s beautiful, spacious, comfortable, sparkling-clean, and well-stocked with all the things a 3 generation family might want. We had reason to ask questions on 2 different occasions, both times the response was immediate and to our satisfaction. We plan to return!

We absolutely loved this property. It is clean and new and was the perfect place for our family to stay to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Chapman. The yard is gorgeous and we loved the pool and hot tub. Loved that there were enough bedrooms for everyone as well. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
