Located just a short walk from Disneyland (1.2 miles) and the Anaheim Convention Center (.9 miles), this stunning home is perfectly situated for exploring all the excitement of the region. With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and plenty of living space, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area with plenty of seating, a large smart TV, and a cozy fireplace. The adjacent dining area offers seating for 8, with additional seating available at the large open kitchen island. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your group.

But the real highlight of this home is the outdoor space. Step outside to your own private oasis, complete with a sparkling pool with optional pool heating, hot tub, game room with pool table/foosball/arcade, outdoor BBQ area, and a beautiful firepit. There's even a Peloton bike for those looking to stay active on vacation.

Kitchen
Our large kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has a 4 slice toaster, blender, slow cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker (K Cup, french press, and standard drip), a fully stocked pantry, salad bowls, wine glasses, cheese grater, and more. We provide k-cups, teas, sugar, creamer, and sweetners.

Bedroom and Bathrooms
All mattress in our house are top quality, top comfort. All use top quality linens and pillows on all our beds. Top quality towels are provided in each bathroom. Our bathrooms come with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body wash. Each full bathroom comes with a blow dryer.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has 1 Cal King Bed, 1 twin size bed. The room has a 55in LCD 3D smart TV.

Bedroom #2: Room 2 has a queen size latex mattress bed and a twin size bed. The room has a 50in LCD TV and french doors that lead to the pool.

Bedroom #3: Room 3 has two beds, a twin bed and a queen size bed. The room has a small writing desk and 42in smart LCD TV.

Bedroom #4: Room 4 has a bunk bed with full size mattresses on top and bottom as well as a pull out trundle. This room has french doors that lead to the backyard. The TV is a 42in smart LCD TV. The room also has a small writing desk.

Bathroom 1: The master bathroom has tile from floor to ceiling. This bathroom has has a waterfall shower panel with 8 jets and spray handle.

Bathroom 2: The main bathroom is also floor to ceiling tile. This bathroom has double sinks and a large soak bathtub.

Bathroom 3: The half bathroom is located next to the kitchen and laundry room. This is a small bathroom with toilet and sink.

Bathroom 4: The pool bathroom has an extra large shower and is located next to the pool.

Game Room
The game room has an 8 ft. Olhausen pool table, multple stand up arcade games. The game room has a Peloton Bike+. We also have a Warrior professional tournament foosball table and 50’ LCD TV. There are bar tables and chairs for seating. The game room has ac and heating.

Outdoor areas
Pool: The pool measures 30’ x 15’ and goes from 3’ 6” to 8’ deep. New waterline tile and pebbletec were installed in 2021. We provide plenty of pool toys, floaties, and life vests for the whole family to enjoy. There is a full outdoor bathroom right next to the pool. Pool heating is optional and available for an additional fee.

BBQ island and covered patio: The BBQ island is very large and has a 5 burner natural gas bbq grill along with a full size sink and garbage disposal. Right next to the bbq area, we have an outdoor dining table that seats 6.

Firepit: The natural gas firepit has built in bench seating and can easily accommodate 8 people. Black bamboo plants and king palm trees surround the firepit bench. The custom firepit is one of the most popular features of the house.

Laundry Room
The Palm Tree House has front loading Samsung washer and dryers. Laundry detergent and fabric softener is provided.

For the kids
2 high chairs, Graco pack N' play, Graco convertible car seat, infant bath tub, Baby trend expedition stroller and infant car seat and 2 Graco Literider strollers.

Parking: We have a limit of 3 vehicles that can park on the property.

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We will only book to those who respect the neighborhood and neighbors.

*No smoking anywhere on the property, indoor/outdoor.
*No wedding receptions, birthday parties, or large gatherings.

If you’re looking for an ideal location close to Disney this stay works great. We had a number of issues with the property, what I can say is the owner was always quick to respond. Sleeps plenty of guests.

Conference stay

Eight of us stayed for a conference at the convention center. A little bit of a walk but nice weather made it a nice walk. Great place to return to in the evening to unwind. Amenities were great. Owners were excellent to work with and the neighbor was a joy to chat with.

Oasis near Disney

Our family of six really needed a quiet, spacious respite from our Disney day, and this was it! We are family style in the very large kitchen/open for at great room and left the dishes for the game room to finish our family time. Rooms were very comfortable and neatly arranged. A lovely stay!!

Great getaway close to Disney

We loved the pool and hot tub, using them almost every day we were there. So close to Disneyland that you could almost walk, but the cost for Uber/Lyft was so great, that it was inexpensive to go anywhere. Definitely recommend for a larger group/family. We had 8 of us (3 married couples and 2 teens) and fit very comfortably.

Great house for family & friends!

This home was everything it needed to be. Big, plenty of beds (having a twin bed in the master bedroom was huge for us, as we have a 4 year old that doesn’t like to sleep in her own room). The pool & game room provided plenty of entertainment and we were even able to watch the Disneyland fireworks at a park about a block or two away. Overall we had an awesome experience in this home!

Perfect home base for Disneyland trip

Beautiful house with a great spacious kitchen and an amazing array of recreation options for kids. The pool was key for mid-day Disneyland breaks. The game room is incredible. Communication with Jackie was instantaneous. We will definitely try to stay here on our next Disneyland trip.

Excellent relaxing home with very nice kitchen and outdoor space!

Loved our time at this very nice home! Well appointed and maintained home. Parking is tight, but as long as your car is mini van size or smaller, you should be great! So nice to have laundry pods, extra toilet paper, soap on the sinks, plenty of decently nice towels and good filtered water to drink from the faucet! Pool and Hot tub were very nice and game room kept the kids entertained. Great home away from home!

What a beautiful property! Everything was pristine! Home is updated and nicely decorated. We appreciated the coffee K-cups, laundry pods, soap, napkins, plethora of napkins, shampoo and conditioner. Beds were very comfortable! Our only regret was that we didn’t have more time to enjoy the home, pool and game room. Would highly recommend this property!

What an amazing property, it could not have been better. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The property had one of the best stocked kitchens I have seen! The layout was wonderful, open, and very spacious with plenty of room for our family of six and would comfortably accommodate double. Anaheim Business Retreat

This turned out to be a perfect place for 4 co-workers in town for a trade show. It was a 30 minutes walk from the house to the convention center. The house is geared more for families going to Disneyland, but it worked well for us as we just wanted to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, utensils, etc. Lots of restaurants nearby for Uber Eats deliveries. Sam and Jackie were accommodating for us to check in early and to stretch our check out time an hour or two on both ends. If we make it back to Anaheim for a convention, we'll try to stay there again.

Great Location & Fun for Family

This home has undergone some nice cosmetic upgrades, and is located in what appears to be a safe and quiet neighborhood. And it's only 1 mile from the entrance to Disneyland, which was the primary reason for our visit. This is perfect for a family of 4 to spread out. The pool, game room and hot tub are awesome. Kitchen has everything you would need. The reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because there were a couple of basic necessities that were alarmingly missing. Functioning smoke and CO detectors in each bedroom (I bought my own), and, the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work.

Misleading Pictures

Pros: Clean but not properly maintained (there’s a difference!) Pool and water temp- no heater needed. Comfy beds Open living area and large island (bar stools are awkward though). Stocked w/ necessities & plenty of towels. Fire pit Pretty, quiet street. Close to downtown Disney & great restaurants. Attractive front of house. Cons: 1 of 4 burners on kitchen stove worked. Others had to be lit with a lighter. Builders grade doors. Warped, dirty baseboards. Exterior of hot tub had foreign substance! Game room - 2/5 games had “out of order” signs, & foosball machine useless. broken pool basketball net. Living room furniture was uncomfortable and filthy, especially the yellow couch. Belongs at the curb! Washing machine - detergent provided is likely the cause of error codes and cycle delays making laundry practically impossible. Obnoxious amount and placement of “Quiet Hours” signs throughout property as if we were in a college dorm. TVs are extremely tricky. Primary shower floor/grout and shelving were unsightly. Loud and mysterious banging/tapping sounds at night mostly above primary room. Perhaps we naively expected the enticing pictures to be the same quality in person, did not reflect cost.

BEAUTIFUL property, but has some issues to be addressed

The property is beautiful, in a great location, well stocked and we loved the pool, fire pit and game room. Unfortunately there were some issues that tempted me to rate it a 3, but we still really enjoyed our stay and are hopeful the issues will be addressed because we would like to return. -There were ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. -The smoke detectors are missing in the bedrooms (I read in another review that they were missing and the owner said she put them back, but they are not there.) -The pans and cutting boards were dirty. I was not comfortable using the dishes without washing them. -There are instructions on how to use the spa posted on the outside of it, but the labels on all the buttons in the spa are worn off so the instructions are useless and you just have to try pushing every button to get the jets to turn on and some jets don’t work. -There are no blinds or curtains on the double sliding doors in the living room/kitchen going out to the backyard. -We we’re not informed that a gardener would be coming during our stay and I was in the kitchen cooking in my night shirt and looked up out the sliding doors without curtains and there was a guy with a leaf blower in the backyard! -The rental agreement states no outdoor activities after 10pm, but there are signs on the doors going outside that say outdoor activity is prohibited at 9:30pm. -There was not a ball for the fuse ball table. Please note the owner was very responsive to my questions during the rental process. I did not contact her during our stay because we did not want to be interrupted on our vacation. Overall I would recommend the property.

Wonderful classy home with great amenities

When looking for my next VRBO rental I make it a point to read the recent reviews. Our stay of 3 nights with 7 adults was just fantastic! We were celebrating an "over 50" birthday and planned for 2 days at Disney/ Cali Adventure. So here are my property details: Arriving and getting into the home was easy. It is important to let the owner know when you plan on arriving as well as near the home so she can set your access code to get in. The doors and home alarm are key padded so there are no concerns about losing a house key and/or allowing others in your group to come and go as they please. The home is very clean and well maintained. Everything has been upgraded throughout the house and is accurately represented in the photos. There is a washer/dryer with included detergent and dryer sheets. The dishwasher has included detergent as well. The large Keurig coffee maker is fully stocked with a nice variety of K-cups. There are also an array of large spices in the cabinet, trash bags, and leftover wrap and foil. There are plenty of dishware, glasses, and pots/ pans. The bathrooms have large Tres Semme shampoos and conditioners along with little spa type samples throughout - there is a nice hair dryer. In addition each bathroom has spray for those moments...all special touches. There are plenty of shower towels and pool towels for the guests. Having the full bath outside by the pool is actually a convenience. The beds were very comfy and rooms sized well. I liked that the three bedrooms had direct access to the rear outside patio and pool area. Small noise/sleep machines were present in every room and there was enough storage (clothing) space. The location is quite perfect. A very quaint neighborhood that is off the main drag that puts you within a mile (or less) to the grocery and other type stores. Disney is only about a 5 min or so drive away however walking may be close to 25 minutes. Two persons in our group have walking issues so we drove to the park and paid $20 for parking. Those that stayed later caught an Uber home for around $7. Many of us looked forward to returning early so to enjoy the back yard. Loved the pool, hot tub and gas fire pit. The overhead lighting was a nice touch and the grill area with an outside fridge was awesome! The game room was also an added fun time. I hope you enjoyed my review. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the house, the amenities, and the thoughtful little touches that made our stay comfortable and convenient. I am often a bit frustrated when staying at a VRBO, as usually I need to go shopping first thing when I arrive to pick up essentials. When I arrived at this property, we noticed that the owners had provided coffee pods, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and an ample supply of toilet paper so we didn't need to purchase these items, which was much appreciated. We also discovered that the owners provided pool toys and floaties, playpens, high chairs, and strollers for the use of their guests (our children are older, so we didn't require these but I'm sure guests with younger children would very much appreciate the availability of these items). The owner, Jackie, was a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I literally can't think of a single thing that could have been provided to improve our stay.

My wife and I have spent almost our entire life in Southern California and would not choose anywhere else in the world to live. We have travelled all over the world and have always used VRBO. We are so happy to be able to share our home with other families visiting Southern California.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property because we wanted something close to our business. We wanted to be in a quiet/safe neighborhood. The house is 2 miles from our business and is located in one of the safest/quietest neighborhoods in Anaheim.
