Welcome to Castle House 1, located in one of the most sought-after, family-friendly neighborhoods just outside the Disney Resort. From our front door, it’s an easy 15-minute walk to Disneyland, and you can enjoy fireworks from your private backyard! This home offers quiet, hassle-free access to Disney and all nearby shops and entertainment. The property features a recently renovated pool and a brand-new kitchen. More photos coming soon!

House Rules & Guest Requirements:
• This is a non-smoking home. Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited.
• Parties of any type are not allowed. If you plan a gathering that exceeds the maximum occupancy or parking limits, this is not the home for you.
• Outdoor music or activities that could disturb neighbors are not permitted.
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
City & Property Regulations:
• REG Permit #: REG2023-00027
• Maximum occupancy: 15 guests (10 adults max). Additional guests after booking incur a fee.
• Minimum stay: 3 nights
• Parking: max 3 vehicles in driveway (fits 3 minivans), must not block sidewalk. One car may park on the street with a city permit. No RVs or trailers.
• City-mandated Quiet Time: 10 PM – 9 AM. Outdoor spaces off-limits during these hours.
• Guests must comply with city regulations; failure may result in fines or legal action.
• Reservations over 10 nights may incur a mid-stay cleaning fee.
• Check-ins/outs on major holidays may incur additional cleaning fees.
• STR Rules Deposit Hold: $500–$700 (only charged if house rules are violated).
Payment & Security:
• Visa and Mastercard accepted
• Bookings within 30 days of arrival require extra screening, background checks, and proof of payment.
• Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and backyard to ensure compliance with city rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record audio. Use of amenities is at your own risk.

The house was large, with lots of options for bedrooms. There were plenty of towels, and a well appointed kitchen. What really stood out was the pool! We had so much fun in the pool and hot tub.

We had a great time at Castle House! The home was perfect for our family of 5 plus a toddler. We were able to enjoy the pool which had a fun slide for the adults and a shallow area for my niece to play in. Thanks for providing so many pool toys! The kitchen was well stocked and the common areas large enough for us to have enough space to hang out and enjoy the TV, dining and sitting areas. My niece loved the open area to play in. The Disney themed rooms made it even more special and she loved the books and toys provided. Our host was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. I wish we could have stayed longer! Being a short walk to Disneyland was ideal for our family and make it convenient to go back and forth if needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Close to Disneyland

The house is very close to Disneyland and easy to walk instead of dealing with parking at the theme parks. House was clean and management was great for the check in process. We would stay here again. Great view of the fireworks from one of the second floor bedrooms.

House is close to Disneyland and was clean. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor; two of these are the bunk bed rooms. The other two rooms are upstairs and all bathrooms are in the first floor. Would stay again due to the closeness to Disneyland.

Awesome house and pool

Or family had a great time at this house. Room to spread out so even the 13 of us never felt cramped, the kitchen had everything we needed, and directions were clear. It was close enough to Disney that we could walk back for a midday break for the littles. The kids and teenagers—everyone really—loved the pool! Highly recommend this place!

Our family of 8 spent 4 nights here and it was fantastic! Close to the parks with clean, comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, and plenty of bathrooms. We wish we would have been able to enjoy the pool/hot tub area but we ran out of time. Highly recommend this property!

Loved the pool, kids had a great time in it and the walk to disney was only 20mins from the house so made it easy to come back in the afternoon for a break and dinner and able to head back to the park for the evening.
