This is our 2nd time staying in this home. We enjoy how close it is to Disney and the pool is always our favorite. The host is super easy and nice and doesn’t ask much from you. Couple down falls it is on a very busy street. The beds aren’t the most comfortable but we look past that because of the closest it is to Disney. We always look for this home most to book when we do go.

Location, Location, Location! What a great property for your California Disney vacation. The house is a short walk to Downtown Disney, Disneyland Monorail, and the Parks. Traveled with my wife and 3 older children who were able to walk back to the house mid-day for a break and a dip in the pool when needed. The distance is close enough to walk, but far enough to get away from the Disney crowds for the evening. The host was clear with the rules and check- in and out was quick and easy. Although located on a busy street, it was relatively quiet and sitting in the backyard each morning with a coffee was peaceful before a day of Disney chaos.

It was a great house to stay in and the convenience of being within walking distance to Disney downtown is a huge bonus. Family enjoyed the pool as well.

Florinda is always a fantastic host. Her home has multiple washer and dryers. Kitchen is well equipped. Towels and beddings are always pristine. Always a joy to return to.

Great Host and Great Location

Easy walking distance to anywhere in the area. Check-in went smoothly and it was easy to get in and out. Beds were comfortable and there was a great amount of room to be able to spread out. Would stay here again easily.

Overall had all basic requirements for our 5 day stay. Wonderful out door space with water toys for the kids and BBQ and lounge area for adults. Convient location close to Disneyland.
