Great condo - very roomy and located 10 minute walk from entrance to downtown Disney- pool and hot tub excellent - condo was well stocked with lots of towels/bedding/kitchen supplies. Pull out couch needs updating but was surprisingly comfortable!! Amber was awesome and made sure we were well taken care of! We will book again for our next Disney trip

Everything was perfect for the family! The pool area has an adult pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, and general pool! The unit was nicely updated with a dishwasher, washer, dryer, 3 televisions, and comfortable beds. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, and plenty of towels. There was also a stroller for rental if needed. We were a 5 min walk from the Disney shopping area and could see Disney’s fireworks every night from the pool. Our hosts checked in on us via text almost daily and were very responsive to our questions. This is by far one of our favorite places we have stayed!

10-Minute Walk to Disney — Can’t Beat It!

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our Disney vacation! This two-bedroom condo was absolutely perfect — spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The layout gave our family plenty of room to spread out and relax after long days at the park. One of the biggest perks was the location: just a 10-minute walk to the Disney gates, which made it so easy to pop back for a midday break or catch the evening fireworks. The neighborhood felt very clean and safe, which gave us great peace of mind, especially with kids. Having a convenient garage made parking stress-free and added an extra layer of security for our car and belongings. Everything about this condo made our trip smoother and more enjoyable — we’ll definitely be booking again for our next Disney getaway!

Great location and special touches for kids

The location of this property is amazing and they really go above and beyond with special touches for families. This property has special toilet seats for kids installed, some toys and games. There was construction happening on the outside of the building. They warned us in advance and also left popcorn as a good faith. The bed in the main bedroom was sagging and uneven in the mattress. The couch was also very uneven in the cushions. Otherwise overall great location and nice touches. Great communication. Highly recommend

Great Location and Communication

This property is a great location for Disneyland and the other areas of attraction. The property was very comfortable. And I would recommend it 100% and we are planning on coming back in the future.

Good home base for Disney

Family of 5, spent a few days at Disneyland. Perfect location. It could be a little cleaner but honestly not such a big deal if you are spending most of your time at the park. The spa/pool are a nice touch. Would definitely recommend for a family who wants some more space in a quiet area but still right next to the park. Would stay again.

This is the 2nd time we've rented this unit and it's perfect for the prime location and so convenient being right next to to parking lot. I believe that the bed linens are oh so tired and are in need of newer replacements but nice unit

Disneyland!

We were happy with the short walk to Disneyland and short ride to Newport Beach. The condo had everything we needed. The unit was hard to find upon arrival but I’m not sure what can be done about that. We had to communicate with Lyft drivers and food delivery but it really was t a big deal. It was exactly what we needed for our first Disneyland trip.

Best California Value!

We love this condo and won’t stay anywhere else when we come for our Disneyland vacation. It is crazy close to Disney. Just a short walk and you are in Downtown Disney. It has tons of space for our family and also has great amenities like pool/spa, beach equipment, strollers, and so much more. It has such a great affordable price too. We are always looking for a bargain and this is it. I almost want to give it a negative review so no one will book it the next time we need it. 🤣 :)

Great location close to Disney

A most pleasant experience - from the early questions, to easy checkin and smooth stay. Everything was neat and tidy and exactly as stated. The beds were SO comfortable, I can never sleep the first night away from home but here I slept comfortably every night.  So close to Disney that you don't need a car. We did our shopping on the way in and made most of our meals. The attention to detail was amazing - from the little touches all through the house to the plentiful kid gear. Thank you for such a great little getaway. Our kids are already asking when we can go back to Disney and stay at this home :)

Basic Condo - Easy Walk to Disney

We were switched to another property in the same complex due to our selected days creating a gap in their bookings (this is disclosed in the posting and it was no issue for us) but the two properties appear highly similar. It is not a luxury rental but it is functional condo for a family of four that is an easy 5-minute walk to the Disney shuttle. The kitchen is small but adequate with reasonable pots and pans. Note - unlike some VRBOs there were almost no spices / kitchen basics so you will need to bring / procure your own if you are planning to cook. Their webpage / app / customer service was good. Highly attentive and good communication.

Great for a family with teens

We had an absolute blast here. We actually stayed in the Sunscape 5 one though. It was SOO much better than all of us fitting into a hotel and was only a bit more. The cost of everything is very expensive in the park and we definitely enjoyed a break every day in the late afternoon. We crossed the road and went thru the security at the Mickey and friends parking garage and then took the tram. This was super easy to do and one of our kids even did it on their own. I think it was about 10min walk to the tram. We went to target for some groceries but they didn't have much so we ended up using instacart. We also ordered a couple meals in from ubereats. We all had our own space and definitely added to our great family vacation. We are a family of 5; 2 parents and 3 kids (11, 14 and 16yr old). We did an Anaheim Ducks game and it was only about a 20 uber. Depending on the timing we paid 60 - 120 for an uber to LA (Universal Studios) Fantastic spot; the place is a bit older but clean exactly what we needed. Once again privacy and WAY better than being in a hotel room all together. We stayed a week.

Perfect condo for families visiting Disneyland

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Disneyland. I oscillated between a condo and a room at the Disneyland Hotel and ultimately decided on the condo and I am so glad I did. The condo is very easy to access, it is very nice inside - the beds are extremely comfortable and the pool area is much, much nicer and more fun than it looks in the photos. We easily walked back and forth to the park entrances with our two children, ages 6 and 8. The condo is well appointed with a single and double stroller and a cooler. We packed food and water in the cooler and used the stroller to carry the cooler (and occasionally our children) around the park. It turns out the Disneyland Hotel is NOT at the park entrances, it is not much closer to the park entrance than this condo and with the condo you get so much more, two bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, two bathrooms, a washer/dryer, a full kitchen, dining area and couch and a very nice pool area with a large hot tub and a kids play area. We went into the park each morning when it opened but then our kids were ready to leave between 1 and 2 in the afternoon and it was very nice to have all of the space to spread out in and we saved a lot of money and anxiety by being able to prepare our own meals and pack lunches and snacks to go into the park. We had a total of 5 people staying in the condo, my 85 mother, myself and my husband and our two children so there is plenty of room to spread out.

The location was perfect. It’s right by downtown Disney’s parking garage and the walk was short. The bunkbeds had a pullout bed underneath which was perfect for my three kids. We were really happy with our stay.

While the location and communication with the property manager were excellent, there were some issues. The overall cleanliness was not great (stains on sofa, dirty bathtub and floors). We also encountered termites during our stay. They took over the master bedroom floor and bed stopping us from being able to use it the last 2 nights of our stay. The sofabed is truly awful. We were offered another place to stay once the termite issue happened but packing up our family of 5 and moving to another location 2 miles away in the evening of the second to last day of the trip was not something we wanted to do. This location is truly the best for a trip to Disneyland but the place could really use better cleaning overall.

Enjoyable stay

We had a very enjoyable stay. We booked this property because its close proximity to Disneyland and everything else. It is a 10-minute walk to Disneyland and saved us the headache of driving and parking. The property was also close to many stores. The host was very warm, welcoming, and communicative. My only advise is the garage is a bit tight so if you are looking for a rental car, don’t get anything bigger than a SUV.

Disneyland!

You're as close to disneyland as the disneyland parking garage. You can see the fireworks out the kid room window. This is the secret spot. You get a kitchen, and can save money by making breakfast before your adventure. 6 out of 5 stars.
