+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 2 vehicles MAX. 1 private single car garage (will fit a minivan) and 1 assigned parking space ONLY. No other parking available within the HOA. Passenger Vans, RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ Pool - 6 guests max at one time, strictly enforced by HOA. No unregulated flotation devices, pool toys, etc allowed.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc) are off limits during this time.
+ Guests must comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay.
+ Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You must be 25 years old or older to book with us.
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.
+For the convenience and security of the Guest, Funtierland also accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments but reserves the right to charge a 3.95% convenience fee. No convenience fees are incurred for payment via paper check, e-check, or ACH in US Funds.
+All rentals booked/paid for within 30 days of arrival:
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.

Outdoor Security Camera(s): Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. One faces the backyard and the other faces the driveway. Cameras are not actively monitored but do send electronic notifications to Funtierland personnel for potential follow up with Guest if the cameras detect activity between approximately 10pm – 9am in alignment with Anaheim's city mandated Quiet Time Hours / Ordinance. Cameras may also monitor parking compliance including but not limited to confirming that no vehicles encroach upon or park over the sidewalk in any way, or illegally park on the street without a Funtierland provided parking permit. Please note the use of the property and all amenities are at your own risk whether or not security cameras are present.

Will never stay here again. Place had cockroaches the size of my palm both alive and dead with visible roach droppings. Bathrooms look good in the photos but are in very rough condition. Bathroom in the master bedroom was in the worst shape sending us to all use the other shower which requires acrobatics to rinse your head if you are above 5’3. I frequently stay at short term rentals and have never had to sign so much paperwork. Genuinely don’t know how this place has such good reviews. I would expect more from a motel. But don’t worry, they left a sign out asking for a tip.

Good Spot

Overall, very comfy and at a reasonable price. I would rather book one of these than a hotel. There is a tram close by that takes you to Disneyland, there is still a bit of walking involved. Id recommend this spot

Property had a good amount of space. Mostly a great experience. Grill could use some cleaning and replacement of components and someOf the bathrooms could use some updating. Overall was a good stay.

It was an awesome short walk to the tram. Super clean and well stocked. Had a little issue with door code but management resolved it quickly and super responsive. Just a few minor updates needed but overall, great place and comfortable.

We loved the proximity to Disney land. It’s walking distance to the resort. Loved the kids rooms and the all the toys and books. Very kid friendly! The kids loved the hot tub and pool.

We have a great stay at Funtierland. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. The accommodations were clean and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend the property to anyone looking to have a vacation at Disney.

Great location near Disney

Location is great, about 20min walk from the door to inside either Disney park. Lots of room to spread out in. Garage for car, big patio, enjoy the Southern California sun!

The place was perfectly clean, had everything we needed, and is probably as close as you can get to the parks. We walked and saved a ton on parking. Communication was quick and helpful. There's a whole app specific to the place that has everything you could possibly want to know. It was awesome.

Wonderful place to stay!!!

Very comfortable and family-friendly place! It truly is an 8 minute walk to the Disneyland tram and we did watch fireworks from the lawn. (Much better than fighting end-of-the-day crowds in the park!) The owners were always very prompt in answering emails and quick to respond to our needs. And the community itself was quiet with friendly neighbors. I would definitely recommend this place to others!!!

FANTASTIC

We took our family to Disneyland and it was the perfect place to stay. Our granddaughter actually wanted to stay at the house and play dress up, have a tea party, and play with the car track rather than go to Disneyland! It really was only a 10 minute walk to Disneyland, the beds were very comfortable, and the house was spotlessly clean (and I"m VERY picky.) We will definitely stay here again. It was PERFECT!!!

Just what we needed.

The rental was a little small for our group of 4 adults and 4 children, but comfortable. Clean, but could use a refresh. The onsite host was very responsive. Very convenient for our short visit to Anaheim for a gymnastics tournament at the Anaheim Convention Center and a weekend at Disney.

Loved our stay here

This was such a great place to stay for our Disney vacation! Honestly, one of the nicest VRBO's I've stayed in. The furniture, linens, toys, etc were all clean and in good condition. There were plenty of towels and sheets. Plenty of everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable (better than any other VRBO or hotel bed I've slept on)! It's a quick walk to the park, right across Magic Way. We loved being able to come back after a long day at the park and have room to spread out. The kids loved all the toys in the apartment. I loved that I could get the kids to bed and prepare our stroller, bag and snacks for the next day of fun. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Super location

The location was very close to the Disney tram/shuttle, which allowed us to drop most of our group off at the drop-off area and then park back at the condo and then walk to the park. The kitchen was very well equipped which allowed us to come back for breaks and have lunch and/or dinner. The only issues we had with the unit was the lack of hot water and several outlets that were not working. These items were reported and will hopefully be addressed. Due to the busy schedule at Disney, we did not get to take advantage of the pool but we would definitely stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are so glad we chose this property for our trip! It is well equipped with room for everyone to spread out or be together. The beds were great, it was clean and very comfortable. Our 2 and 4 year old grandsons loved playing with the toys there and the strollers were so nice to have available. It’s a super close walk to the tram at the parking garage across the street, but we walked through Downtown Disney every day instead and it was not too far, plus it’s a nice area to go through. The management was quick to answer questions, helpful y easy to work with. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely rent this property again!

Disneyland 2023

Overall, the property worked for our needs. The proximity to the backside entrance to Disneyland was great, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen served us well. We did not use or even view the pool or the garage so cannot speak to those amenities. The property was dated, the showers were very old and it was difficult to find in the dark (we arrived later in the evening) but for the little time we were there, it served us well. I believe the entire complex is attempting to be renovated and updated based on other units having fresh siding and painting but this particular unit/building in Aug of 2023 had not yet been updated.

Disappointed but close to disneyland

Positive was close to disneyland. About 10 minute walk to downtown disney. Decent place to stay. The negative items are: I thought it was dirty inside and not taken care of very well. WiFi worked on and off. Exterior of the complex was very trashy with lots of mattresses laying around, garbage not picked up, and no signs to lead in any direction of pool. Lots of dry rot on the exterior which it needs an overhaul badly. Master bathroom had a tiny counter so there is nowhere to set your stuff like curling iron,blow dryer, etc. Shower is small.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great for a Disney vacation. We were able to get to the park in about 10 minutes which was super nice. The property management team was good. The only negative was we experienced several issues over several days with the hot water heater. Some of our family had to take cold showers which wasn’t great. The management team did provide another location to shower at but that certainly wasn’t convenient. The management team was super responsive which was appreciative. Just very draining to deal with this issue for the majority of the trip.

A Perfect Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was one of the best yet....and this property had everything to do with that. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Our kids each had their own bed and the crib was clutch with our 2 year old. It was within walking distance to Downtown Disney and the parks. It took us about 20 minutes even getting through security with 4 small kids. My husband and daughter used the pool and hot tub. We played on the playground. The location was a great home base for all of our exploring. It was an easy drive to San Diego. One day we drove to Joshua Tree National Park. It was about 40 minutes from LAX. I would definitely choose this rental property the next time we visit the area.

Needs some love

This condo is not like the others we've stayed in. This one needs a lot of work, showers that desperately need updates; a shower door that almost fell on me, and one so short you feel like Will Ferrell in Elf. There weren't batteries in the carbon monoxide detector. Overall, it felt like it needs a total rehaul on the finish work and furniture. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. Even though it was clean it didn't feel like it was (if that makes sense). I wish I could give it a better review as the property manager was very easy to reach and helpful but overall, we would not stay here again.

Location is the best thing

Our group was 3 kids/ 3 adults. April 14-20, 2024. The weather was mild during our stay, so we did not need the AC. This is an older condo complex and the exteriors of the buildings are getting run down. However the property was tidy. The interior of the unit could use some touch up here and there. But the furniture was decent and kitchen appliances were newer. The kitchen and linens were well stocked. Despite being older, the unit was very CLEAN! Communication for check in was good. A couple maintenance issues we had: A leak under the kitchen sink, We couldn't find the remote that turned on the master bedroom light- lightbulb was burnt out, and there were not enough hangers in the closets for 6 people. But those were remedied the next day after we called. (you need to call during the day- they don't answer at night) Bedside lamps in the kids rooms would be a useful addition. We understand the need for quiet time hours outdoors in the patio area, but we thought the restriction to even go outside on the patio in the evening- which had security cameras- was a bit much. The pool area is very nice, but unheated. There is an in-ground spa that was toasty warm. I think its at least a15 min walk (not 10) to the DL tram- and that's not using the crosswalk, which is a ways down the street. This condo is probably the closest rental property to Disneyland, no lie. We would stay here again. Close, clean and reasonable price were the most important features for us.
