Welcome to our home called the Magicway Villas + Star Wares House at Anaheim Disneyland.

Disney Themed House - Recently remodeled single-family home with a large backyard

Our Star Wars-themed House is a little over half a mile from Disneyland, only a 10-minute walk! With space for the entire family, our house is the perfect place to enjoy your Disney family vacation. watch the fireworks from the back of the yard - your time at Magicway House will create magical memories for the entire family!

This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is renovated with families in mind. The Master bedroom has a comfortable large queen bed and a 42" LED TV, and DVD and is beautifully furnished. Next to the master is a fun Disney-themed kids' bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over full and trundle), PlayStation, TV, and games. The third bedroom also has a large queen bed that is elegantly appointed.

Our brand new open kitchen and living area has a huge 55-inch LED TV, blue-ray player, and free WiFi. A cable subscription with the Disney channel is also available so you and the kids won't miss your favorite shows and games while you're on vacation. You can also connect to Netflix through our blu-ray player or watch one of our favorite Disney DVD movies! The modern kitchen has all the conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, and pots and pans to help make a home-cooked meal. We even have a pancake maker and a griddle. Plates, utensils, cookware, children's plates and utensils, a crock-pot, a coffee pot, and more are all there for your use. A highchair and booster seat are also provided. A BBQ and patio set is also available in the backyard so you can grill up your favorite burgers and hot dogs. In the garage, you will find a brand new Electrolux front loader washer and dryer for your use.

A keypad entry makes it easy for guests to get in and out of the house. There is no need to pick up a key so you are flexible to arrive when it is convenient for you. Plus you can make your code so there won't be any worry of getting locked out or wondering where you placed the key. The key codes are individually coded for you during your stay for your security.

We are officially licensed by the City of Anaheim. Regulatory Permit

*City mandated "Quiet Hours" FROM 10 pm - 9 am. Outdoor facilities (pool, hot tub, patio, front or rear yards, etc) are off-limits during this time, loud music or noise is NOT allowed outside at any time, and NOT allowed inside during quiet hours.

*Max Occupancy - 10 individuals including infants and daytime visitors

*Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights

*Min age to book our properties is 25 years old or older.

*Parking, Max Vehicle Count - 4 vehicles MAX in driveway must not block the sidewalk. And NO street parking is allowed.

*Guests will need to fill out an electronic Rental Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after they book.

*Recording cameras are located facing the driveway, front entrance, and back yard area.

*NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed. Any evidence of smoking, marijuana, or drug use will result in an automatic $500 fine and all costs associated with smoke remediation (very expensive).

*Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to pay all fines, civil actions, and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.

Magical Disney Stay

The house is in great location..only 20 min walk to Downtown Disney. It fit our family well...lots of beds for sleeping and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is set up well too and the dining space has a lot of chairs. It made for a great week. Would stay here again.

The house was very clean and the yard was very nice. It was nice to be able to walk to Disney. The shower that is attached to the queen bedroom is very small but is fine for a short stay and it's nice to have two bathrooms!

This was a great home for a family. Four good size bedrooms, two full bathrooms, nicely appointed kitchen and fenced in backyard with a hot tub. So close to Disneyland and watching the fireworks from the backyard was extra special.

The house was great and very close to Disney and the Marriott conference centers. It had everything that we needed for a great stay with lots of space for our family. The beds, kitchen and towels were clean and organized. It was definitely close enough to walk and it would have been a lot fast to walk from the house instead of park at the garage — we regretted trying to park but were stuck in line. Definitely leave between 7-7:20 to park(or walk), take the tram, get into the park, and make rope drop 9.

The home was great for a group of six, with multiple generation. Despite the apparent proximity to the Park, it is not walkable, especially after an entire day of walking around the park. We ended up using Uber, which was a good and fast way to get there.

Fantastic trip to Disneyland

Had a wonderful stay in this charming home right next to Disneyland. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, clean, and very comfortable. Convenient access to Disneyland

The place was very comfortable for our group of seven. The property is a little banged up, but that’s to be expected for a high-traffic location like this. It’s about a 25 min walk to the downtown Disney entrance by the Disneyland hotel.

Star Wars Home

This was an excellent location for our family of 6. With 4 bedrooms, everyone had a proper bed, with a bed left over. There was even a crib should you have an infant. The house was spacious and had all of them amenities we needed. It was about a mile walk to the Disney/California Adventure gates, which definitely saved on parking fees. We are grateful to the hosts for making this a comfortable stay.

Magicways Villa Stay August

We enjoyed a 4 day stay at the Magicway Villa in Anaheim. The property was great! clean, functional, very quiet and super convenient to Disneyland. We felt safe and the size and layout of the property were perfect. We were there during the Tropical Storm from Hurricane Hillary and were safe. It was great to retreat to the home when we became waterlogged at Disney during the storm! Super grateful for the accommodations. We would select Magicways again!

1st family trip to Disney

This house had all we needed while we visited Disney. Our kids loved the starwars theme. Comfy beds and room for all of us. We didn't walk to Disneyland. We ended up taking the bus which stopped 8 mins away from the house. Very convenient. The walk was too long for us. Overall we had a wonderful experience at this house.

Adequate for Disneyland

We are a family of 6 and this worked well for our trip. Close enough to walk or Uber. House was pretty clean and bedding was very clean. Only complaints was dryer was broken, they wanted to charge us $20 a day to use the hot tub (old and nothing special), and neighbors had a very loud party one night. Otherwise pretty decent and a good place close to Disneyland.

It’s about a mile walk from the property to the park entrances. We had four kids under 8, and they loved the Star Wars room. The hosts were great at communicating. The property needed a little cleaning inside and outside (spiders), and there was no vacuum or pans for cooking a pizza but other than that we had no problems.

Great rental!

We had a great experience staying here! The house was clean and exactly as described, nestled in a quiet neighborhood about a 30 min walk to enter Disneyland park. There were 10 of us total, including 4 kids, and the space was the perfect size for us to crash every night and enjoy breakfast together before heading to the park. There were also dishes and cutlery, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods available for use, which was very convenient. We spoke to the owner upon check-in and they were very pleasant and accommodating with allowing us to check-in a bit early. Highly recommend!
