Great location, extremely quiet little neighborhood and close to all you need. Easy access to the highways to get to the CA attractions. Host was super communicative throughout making our stay easy and enjoyable.

We loved staying here! We were visiting for my older sister graduation and to celebrate my little sisters birthday and this spot was perfect for CSU Fullerton and to go to Disneyland. The host checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I would definitely recommend this spot for those visiting for Disneyland or visiting for CSU Fullerton since it’s close to both!

My family of four stayed at this location for five nights in July. It was perfect for our needs. Some of the pros:-Quiet and safe neighborhood.-Parking spots are about 10 feet from the entrance of the unit.-Clean and tidy with great air conditioning.-No issues with wifi playing online games.-A 15-minute surface-street drive from Disneyland.-Beds were not too soft, but not rocks either.-Close proximity to food options and access to the freeway.The only issue I could see for people with accessibility issues is the stairs to the upper floor are on the steeper side. However, given there are two bedrooms and 1.5 baths on the lower floor I imagine a traveling party could find a way to manage this. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely be looking to book this location again.

Great Rental!

This house was super nice and all of the rooms were clean. The neighborhood was quiet at night which was great! Plenty of great attractions and restaurants were nearby as well. The host was excellent at replying to any messages quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

We appreciated the laundry room and the large kitchen supplied with most things that were needed to prepare meals for the family. Jimmy was responsive and accommodating throughout our interactions. The host was organized, responsive & the home was perfect. I really love it when a host is organized, plans head sending all information ahead of time without asking or leaving guest worried. The directions were clear for arriving and leaving and codes sent so effecently. The house & neighborhood was quiet, bathrooms modern, updated and the kitchen was beautiful. Nest centeral unit was responsive & easy. Beds were lovely, living room perfect for our family to visit and have a meal together. Plenty of towels, soaps, & just a perfect place for us. We will be back next year same time! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is exactly as described! Three rooms and three bathrooms allowed us all our privacy and three women getting ready. My 3 year old grandson loved the bunk beds and enclosed patio to run around in. Jimmy was an excellent host. He let us check in early, which was great, especially because our flights landed at 10:30 am. He was excellent at communicating. We were so close to Disneyland. Cheaper to uber there than park. When we return to Disneyland next year hoping Jimmys place is available. 10/10 for sure

Impressive Host

We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The house was spotless and has been freshly remodeled, making it feel modern and inviting. The host was incredibly responsive and made the whole experience seamless. It was a comfortable and relaxing place to unwind after a long day, located in a quiet neighborhood that added to the peaceful atmosphere. Being just fifteen minutes from Disney was a huge plus. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy stay!
