New beautiful 2500 square foot home in a safe neighborhood. Only 5 minutes drive from Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, Honda Center, Angel Stadium, Knott's Berry Farm, Soak City and Disney Downtown. Sitting in heart of city of Anaheim and close to everything. Walking distance to parks, churches, restaurants. 15 mins drive from Huntington Beach, New Port Beach, Corona Del Mar beach. Only 45 mins from LAX, 1hr drive to Hollywood, Universal studio. 90mins from Sea World, San Diego zoo,and Lego Land.

The house has an open floor plan with spacious living room, family room, formal dinning room. One bedroom and full bathroom downstairs, suitable for the elderly and is wheelchair assessable. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms. One large room with two queen beds . One mid sized room with queen bed. One master suite with full bath and a cozy nursery room with baby crib. Large living room and family room with well equipped kitchen and entertainment system. 3 Full baths. LCD flat screen TVs with Direct TV & Netflix, video games, unlimited high-speed internet access. 2 cars garage and good 5-6 parking spaces. Frontload washer and dryer provided for easy laundry. Strollers, high chair also available. Enjoy our private back yard BBQ, sitting areas with beautiful heated pool and spa.
Amenities: community park, jacuzzi, central air conditioning, fire place, internet access, flat screen TVs, backyard, and Laundry room.

ATTENTION: There is a Pool/Spa heating fee per night of 75$ for pool heating and 35$ for spa heating if you use the pool heater. Please ask owner for more details. If you decide to use the pool heater , please let us know at least 1 day prior.

Amazing stay! Great location and the house was perfect! All the kids loved the house and with having 5 almost adult kids it’s always hard to find a house that gives them all a place to unwind and relax. This house fit all our needs and gave us a place to come and relax in between trips to Disney. I can’t recommend this house more!! A**

This was a great home for our family trip. It is close to Disneyland and about a 45 minute drive from Universal Studios. The home was clean and spacious, giving all 7 guests room to relax. The pool offered a good outlet for the kids, with a nice covered outside patio to eat or just hang out. There were lots of sitting options for family dining. The kitchen was well equipped with any item you would need to cook a meal. The home is close to many restaurants if you are wanting to eat out and multiple grocery stores if you are wanting to cook your own meals. The bathrooms were pretty standard for a Vrbo rental but clean and there were A LOT of towels.

It was a wonderful property an uber ride away from Disneyland and Downtown Disney. The house is huge. We stayed with four adults one teen and a 10 year old / it was perfect.

This is an amazing VRBO that is close to the airport and to Disneyland in a very nice neighborhood.The host communicated great the checking instructions and we really appreciate they worked with us as our family with the pool situation so we really were grateful for everything you did for us!!!This fits a family so well because it is very spacious, there are three bathrooms, it is well equipped, and we just really enjoyed our stay at this property!! thank you thank you

Everything went great and as expected …except the use of the hot tub. After a full day of not being able to use it because it was cold, found out that whenever we wanted to use it, we had to message the owner to turn on the heat. To be charged a daily rate extra for hot tub and pool usage, we should have the control to turn on our ask the heat as needed.

Good location, very nearby Disney, nice swimming pool...but overall the house was not really clean, although a cleaning fee of USD285,- !!! is charged you really wonder what the cleaners do for this amount of money...??? in 1 bathroom the water was not draining well, the hairdryer was dirty, bodywash was empty in all bathrooms...and further the television in the living room was not working.

Fabulous home

This place has everything you need for staying near Disneyland. Location is great. Pool and hot tub are fabulous. Has so many towels and amenities. Plus 2 sets of washer and dryers. They had plenty of playpens for little ones . Definitely recommended this home.

Very Nice Home

The house was well laid out, clean and very well stocked with everything needed for a nice stay. Conveniently located near Disneyland. We were able to go to Disneyland for half the day, return to the house for a swim, and then go back to Disneyland. Enjoyable!

Our family stayed here for our trip to Disneyland and overall the house was great for what we needed. The good, it was perfect size for our family (lots of beds and 3 nice bathrooms) has a good layout (large dining table and open kitchen), has a nice pool, was clean and is a short drive to the Disney parks (8 mins). Areas that fell short, we stayed over Labor Day and it was hot (mid 90s) and the AC struggled to keep the upstairs cool (primarily the master bedroom). They advertise the master closet as a space for babies/infants but it was so hot we just closed it off and kept our baby in the room with us. Obviously only an issue when it’s hot outside. We did not pay to heat the pool during our stay but we did use it. It was on the cooler side, would guess low to mid 70’s for temp, but that was OK with the hot weather. For colder times of the year it would be a chilly swim without a heater. I would stay here again.

Family Vacation

Overall, the property and hosts were great! The host were very to get hold of and attentive! This house has everything you need to have for vacation! It was 8 adults and two infants! We were able to buy groceries and make breakfast each morning before heading to Disney, Beach, and universal! We stayed five nights and all four bedrooms were perfect and slept well! One of the rooms does not have a TV but all others are full equipped with TV’s and fans! House has great AC, rooms, bathrooms are great and the pool is the icing on cake! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to travel to California and visit amusement park, and beaches! Great location! Thank you for being a great host!
