Situated right across the street from Disneyland’s Micky and Friends parking structure, guests need only walk just 0.6 miles, or 10 minutes to the Tram Station at Magic Way, then take a FREE FUN ride to Disneyland’s entrance. Or if you prefer to take bus/shuttle, the nearest bus/shuttle stop at Holiday Inn is just 600 feet from property. Great Location! Uber is very convenient, just $6 for 5 people one way to or from Disneyland.

This 4 bed rooms(include 2 master suites) single family house has all the amenities that you need--strong Wi-Fi, central A/C, lots of options for watching TV/movies, grilling, playing pool, swimming in the pool, cooking, laundry, and more. All in a safe and quiet environment. Everything has been comfortable and the house is well-stocked. What a clean and safe place for family/ friends gathering or an efficient hub for college remote work & study.

It's good time to go Beach and enjoy California Sunshine. The property is about 25 minutes drive to Huntington Beach or Newport Beach. Come relax and enjoy!

City collects Trash on Tuesday, please move three trash bins outside gate at curb of street Monday evening and move back Tuesday evening. Please park at driveway, good for 5 cars include RV. Street Parking Not allowed and will get ticket with $40 fine. There're Rental Rules at Property (on bulletin board), online at VRBO mobile hospitality and attached on Rental Agreement.

Roger was amazing and very communicative and very flexible with us. He worked with us closely to make sure that every detail was taken care of and we were happy every step of the way. The house is in a great location right next to Disney very convenient!! I cannot wait to stay there again!

I have been in many vrbos and this was the absolute best place. Roger was very nice and communicative. The house was huge and the location was perfect for walking to Disneyland. We didn't bring babies or toddlers, but the house has everything you need for them. Also, it's a fun place to stay if there are days you aren't going to Disneyland because they have an above ground pool and a hot tub.

No shortage of beds. Sooo many choices on where to sleep. Wonderful stay. We loved the pool and the hot tub. Walked to Disneyland and avoided the parking fee. Next to a semi busy street but it was very quiet at the house. We would definitely stay here again. Nice bonus of seeing the fireworks from the driveway.

Had a wonderful stay at Rogers property. It meet all of our expectations. Spacious, clean, kitchen was well equipped.We enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot. Was a 16 minutes walk from the property to Disney gates . Would stay at this property again in the future Roger was very available and replied quickly to any of our concerns.

This is a great place to stay if you have a large group up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a tub and or shower. It is private and we were able to easily fit 3 SUV vehicles. It was a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. We would stay here again since it has a private backyard and pool and had everything we needed.

Great house within walking distance of Disneyland

My family and I loved staying at this house! The house easily accommodated our group of 9. Check in and out was a breeze and the host was quick to respond to all of my texts. Had one issue with the door lock and the host came out right away and fixed it. Property was clean and looked just like the photos.

Located a convenient short walk to Downtown Disney or the Mickey and Friends Parking garage. Roger was very professional and welcoming. We had swift responses to all questions we had and he was very helpful with instructions for the property. The house was very spacious and the for the 10 people in our party. I will absolutely look at this or one of Rogers other properties when we return.

Exceptional Customer Service. Our service providers are professional: Cleaning team uses detergent+ Clorox plus high temperature to cleaning bed sheets and towels; All counters and hard surface are cleaned; Toilet are cleaned with sanitizing each time. Each bathroom and kitchen has hand soap ready. Each bathroom has refresher. Also we have Clorex Sanitizing wiper, Lysol Disinfectant Spray and Hand Sanitizer available at property. Pool and hot tub are cleaned twice a week by professional people with chemicals, normally Tue. and Sat. Gardener come every Saturday. I was told by one guest that we have the best landscape at Anaheim.
Those are people you can trust, this is safe place you can come and stay.
