Welcome to a beautiful clean, modern, airy, comfortable (non-smoking) and spacious Single story newly renovated home with central air and heat.

Relax in one of 4 bedrooms, each with comfy queen beds and memory foam toppers!
2 full bathrooms and (a Master bath with a double Jacuzzi bath...to soak in)
1 Full size futon bed (located in private family room/office)
All rooms stocked with extra pillows and complete bedding. Each bedroom has a smart TV!
The newly bright white Kitchen, with farmers sink, dishwasher, and quartz counters is fully equipped with all the niceties of home to prepare your favorite meals to enjoy or take with you on your daily adventures. Or.... Barbecue and enjoy a delicious meal. Safety feature, Outdoor ring door bell cameras.

There is internet/WIFI, 55-inch TV in Living-room above the electric marble fireplace. Local stations are available as well as your streaming services as you unwind and relax. Outdoor

1. SLEEPS 10 in Beds MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME.
2. Maximum Vehicles 3 in driveway No (RVs, Trailers or Commercial Vehicles).No street parking as permits are required and cars will get ticketed.
3. 3 Night minimum rental.
4. No Outside noise between 9 pm and 8 am per CITY CODE. Active Neighbor security watch.
5. This is a NO Smoking in the home. No smoking of any kind or Vaping is allowed inside the property - no viedo taping of property -No Exceptions.
6. This home is for the number of guests requested (only) unless authorized by owner in writing, to be able to relax, have fun and enjoy all the comforts of home as you enjoy your vacation, visiting and time in Orange.
7. No Animals of Any Kind.

See rental agreement with house rules. Which need to be reviewed and signed that home rules will be followed. This will be sent to you upon acceptance.

If you’re traveling in the Anaheim area, THIS is the place you need to stay!! The House is Excellent! The Hosts are Great, and easy to communicate with. the House is extremely clean and has plenty of rooms for a large group, very affordable. Don’t even think about staying anywhere else but this Lovely Place!! Great Location, safe Area, and close to Disneyland, what else can you ask for?

This is literally a home away from home. Very comfortable and completely furnished home. Even had a BBQ grill if you wanted to grill/BBQ instead of eating out. Perfect location for hitting all points in Orange County.

The house was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and all the family games. We were there to go to Disneyland and other than some traffic noise (freeway), the home is exactly what we needed and as pictured. Lots of extras like snacks, waters, basic spices, shampoo, body wash, detergent were available and appreciated. We thought it was a good value too. We were a family of 5 adults.

I definitely took advantage of the hot tub after a long day at Disneyland. It was clean and very relaxing. It took me a little bit to find the on button as i was looking for a dial/timer switch. It was just a simple press in the inside of the tub

Hi, I raised my daughter and have shared wonderful times with family and friends over the years in my home. We love Orange and the small old town community feel. It is close to so many things. For instance, My daughter and I snow skied in Wrightwood and went to Newport beach to enjoy a bonfire all in the same day! Because we are so close to Disneyland we would go frequently... like a Sunday afternoon or after dinner. Definitely one of our happy places!

My husband and I have cats that adopted us. We like to travel, enjoy kayaking, walking on the beach, hikes, visiting friends and family in our spare time.

I hope your family creates special memories during your visit in our home as mine has over the years!

Why they chose this property

Our home has been newly renovated throughout. The kitchen is customized with quartz counter-tops, new cabinets and is fully equipped with all the niceties of home, to prepare your favorite meals with, to enjoy at "home" or take with you on your daily adventures. Multiple grocery stores and delicious dining within a mile.

Our home is a single story 4-bedroom and a family-room ranch style home with an open-space clean and bright floor plan (which includes central air and heat) that offers everyone space to relax , watch T.V. or enjoy playing games together!

Enjoy new cabinetry in 2 full baths ( one 66-gallon Jacuzzi tub), towels, toiletries, individual shampoo/conditioner, soap and hair dryers.

There is parking in the Driveway! And for a fun get away to the beach, there are boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella tent, wagon, cooler and toys for the kids to play in the sand.

This home is centrally located in a family community and is close to many sites and attractions.

Easy access to the 55, 22 and 91 freeways, so you will not spend your precious time in traffic, getting to all of the prime locations that make Orange County a premier travel destination for singles, families, and couples!
