Come enjoy a relaxing stay in an amazing location!!! Our home is nestled on a beautiful and quiet tree lined street. We are located in a historical family friendly neighborhood of Santa Ana, CA. Our property has a huge backyard perfect for a family getaway or a weekend with friends! We are only 4 miles (about 10 mins) from Disneyland, Downtown Disney, the Anaheim convention center and so much more! We are 8 miles from John Wayne Airport and about 30-45 mins from Los Angeles Airport (LAX). We are minutes away from any shopping you could imagine and within 11 miles of several beautiful Southern California beaches (plus we provide beach gear to use during your stay)! We are about 2 miles from Bowers Museum and The Discovery Science Cube. The list goes on with Knott's Berry Farm, Honda Center, Angels Stadium and several nearby colleges and hospitals. With a bit of a drive you could also visit Universal Studios in Hollywood, Lego Land and pretty much any other attraction in Southern California you can think of. There is so much to do! Our home and neighborhood are super family friendly too with Starbucks, Subway and other restaurants within walking distance!

We have a spacious, clean, private 1700 square foot home with hard wood floors and a newly remodeled kitchen. We have beds for nine including two bedrooms with queen beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds and one trundle twin bed that rolls out. There is a queen Aero Bed mattress that can be set up in the living room. For a group of eleven there is an awesome couch that 2 people could sleep on comfortably as well! There are two full bathrooms one is a shower only and the other is the very popular vintage tub/shower combo perfect for a relaxing bath after a busy day at Disneyland! Our home is kid friendly with a high chair, pack n play, clean toys and books for young children. There is a wonderful separate washer/dryer room that is located right off the kitchen. We don't charge for doing laundry, but you do need to bring your own HD detergent. We have a large private covered patio and lots of greenery for everyone to enjoy! There is a BBQ and outdoor seating for the whole family! There are six cameras located on the exterior of the home to ensure the safety of our guests. There are two in the front, two in the backyard and one on each side of the home. We respect the privacy of all our guests and we only check them if there is an emergency. We had an amazing stay! The house is cozy, the neighborhood quiet and safe, and there's a lovely park nearby. Plus, its perfect location puts Disney within a 10-15 minute drive and close to freeways.

Sweet themed home!

This was such a cute home with Disney theming throughout in a safe neighborhood very close to the parks. My kids loved all the toys and decor. Well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!

Wonderful Getaway

This house was amazing! It was so close to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. We even ventured out to Huntington Beach. It was nicely decorated for Christmas and very nice neighborhood. Close to alot of restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed this place! Would stay here again!

What a gem- lovely home in a quiet, pretty neighborhood. We stayed here with 2 teens on a trip to Disney and absolutely loved it. Spacious, cozy and well appointed with everything you might need or want. We loved having a quiet place at the end of the day and as others have mentioned everything you might want is nearby.Sherri is the best host- easy, clear communication and when we had a question she instantly responded.We would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay!

This is a really cute house in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and everything worked well, and the Disney theme was a nice touch. It also has a nice backyard to enjoy the sunshine! The owner was great to deal with, smooth all around. Check out the surrounding neighborhoods - Flower Street and Floral Park - for a stroll. Highly recommended!

Perfect and so close to Disneyland

This home is beautiful and perfect for families with dogs. The backyard is set up for little kids & dogs. The owner is kind and responsive to all messages. We were able to split our days up at Disneyland and come back to let the dogs play for a little bit since the location of this home is so close. It was a relief to have that as an option. We will stay here again. Thanks for your hospitality!

Perfect getaway

My three daughters, their spouses, and four young children along with me stayed here from Thursday evening to Monday morning. We were delighted with the huge backyard, the covered patio area complete with large table and chairs, the little kids picnic table, the dozens of toys,k and the spacious kitchen. We even did a bit of barbequing at the handy outdoor grill with large counter area. I was able to sleep on the brandnew blow up bed stored at the house, and we thoroughly enjoyed being together in this more than adequate property!

Amazing Bachelor Party Experience

I could not have asked for a better host to my bachelor party weekend. The house was amazing, cozy and spacious to accommodate myself and 7 other friend. Big backyard. Comfortable beds and amazing Disney decor we all appreciated during our stay. Thank you to Sherri for her outstanding communication throughout the stay. Whenever I had a question she answered almost immediately. I am a frequent Disneyland visitor so I plan on booking this amazing house in the future.

A sure thing!

I was in town for a conference with my wife, and three-year-old, as well as my wife’s parents. This house was perfect in every way! Plenty of space for us to spread out, amazing backyard with lots of toys for a little one to play with, very cozy and homemade feeling. we will definitely be back to this location. The neighborhood is quiet and extremely well manicured. And now that we know what it looks like, we would definitely bring our dog with us given the amount of space and play area in the backyard. If you book here it is a sure thing!

Perfect Second Stay

This is our second time staying at this property. We had three humans and four German Shepherds this time around. We booked this spot for a Disney trip and loved being ~10 minutes away from the parks. The suggestion to park at Toy Story Parking was perfect and it made taking a mid-day break really convenient. Beds and pillows were comfy and all essentials needed were provided. The smart TV was great for playing dog TV music for the dogs when we stepped out. The quiet neighborhood was great for taking the dogs on quick short walks that even my reactive dog was able to walk around with little stress. Very happy with this Vrbo and would absolutely book it again, especially if bringing dogs along!

Great stay

We went in the middle of summer, so it was quite warm, and it would have been nice to have a pool. However, for the price and value this home is not to be missed!!! The house was clean, well-kept the yards both in the front and the back we’re nice for sitting with the family. The beds were also comfortable and the living room provided ample space for the whole family to get together after a long day at Disney. There really isn’t any negatives regarding this property. The only suggestion might be to invest in some new pans. But other than that everything was superb! The location to Disney is also very close. Not walking distance by any means, but one is able to access via the highway and be at Disney in less than 15 minutes with traffic. Do not hesitate to stay here. This is an amazing gem.

My family and I came to the area for a family Disneyland trip. Upon entering neighborhood before even getting to the actual house you can appreciate clean, well kept neighborhood. Once we got to house, easy check in. House was clean, smelled good, spacious. Definitely kid friendly. We had our 2 year old and she definitely was in ooooohs and aaaaahs with all the toys available. Backyard was comfortable also with more outdoor play available. Plenty of seating in living room and kitchen area. Easy to navigate kitchen. Rooms are just as posted with plenty of pillows and blankets. We will definitely book again for our next trip in the area. Sheri responded promptly to messages. Would highly recommend!!

My wife, 3 year old daughter and I absolutely loved our stay here and would 100% book again next time we are in the area! There was so much thought and care put into providing an abundance of family amenities! Having a bumper for the twin beds, having toys and games for little ones, even a waterproof bath book! We were fortune enough to buy a home in the most beautiful neighborhood of Santa Ana, the heart of Orange County. We loved our neighborhood & our home, but relocated because of a job opportunity. We are now able to offer our beautiful home to families or large groups traveling to the area for work, fun or a family vacation! Our home is the perfect spot for a family or large group to stay in while they enjoy Southern California! We do our best to provide people the opportunity to create beautiful and fun memories while using our home for a warm, comfortable, quiet and affordable place to stay!

The home is located in a quiet, beautiful and historic neighborhood surrounded by so much beauty! There are two parks within walking distance as well as convenient stores/restaurants like Starbucks that is just a short walk from the home. It is a quiet getaway in a busy city. It is conveniently located near the "Orange Crush," which makes it easy to get on the freeway to go wherever it is you are heading for the day.

What makes this property unique

The home is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood that is lined with beautiful trees. The neighborhood behind us is known for it's gardens and you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee while sitting on our back patio, listening to the beautiful chirping of birds. It is a private home with lots of space inside and out. You do not share the space with anyone else. We are very close to Disneyland, the Disney Convention Center, the Honda Center, Angels Stadium, the Outlets in Orange, several beaches, hospitals, colleges and so much more! The location is incredible for anyone visiting the Orange County area!
