About this property

Walk To Disneyland! 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms.

PLEASE NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood. Parties of any type are not allowed in this home. If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering that could exceed the maximum occupancy, or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. If you are looking to play music outside at any time or do anything that could disturb a neighbor, this is not the right home for you.

We are a licensed short term rental with the City of Anaheim (Lic. #REG2014-00150) This lovely single family home is less than 1 mile from Disneyland or 15–20 minutes depending on how you walk. Our house is in the huge lot with the very nice neighborhood; it is close and convenient to everything. With the completely remodeled house, you will feel warm and welcome in this lovely house. The living room has a Direct TV for you to enjoy in family time. With an additional TV in the Master Bedroom and one in one of the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully functioning to get ready to serve. Our dining room is connected directly with a living room where your family can enjoy family dinner.

The master bedroom has a beautiful king set with a twin bed, and a walk-in closet. The other 3 bedrooms have queen & twin beds for other family members to stay together.

Outside you will have the huge covered patio where you can see fireworks from Disneyland during nighttime.

We also have the laundry room available, and the whole house is Wi-Fi internet ready for you to enjoy while on vacation. For the baby, we have a stroller, high chair and crib. We hope our house provide you with everything that make your vacation magical and unforgettable.

At our corner streets, there are big shopping centers where you can walk in less than 5 minutes from home. You can find; Bank of America, Chase Bank, gas station, Food4Less supermarket, Walmart, McDonald, Starbucks, Arby’s, Taco Bell, China Buffet and a lot more…

Update 2/11/2021: Due to large complaints from the city and neighbors, the Game Room will be closed from now on.

House was perfect for our group of 9. Plenty of space and having 3 bathrooms was great. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and always felt safe. Short and inexpensive uber rides to Disneyland. You could probably walk it but we chose to save our steps and feet for the park. There is a convenient shopping center at the end of the road with a Taco Bell, Starbucks. Grocery store, donut shop and more. Met the owner upon check in and he went over how to use the entrances and was very nice and super helpful.

House was fully equipped. It has a dishwasher, washer and dryer and fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, utensils, serving bowls, and pots and pans that you will need. There is laundry detergent and dish detergent also. It was great. Very comfortable. Convenient to Disney. I highly recommend this property!

Everything was spot on. Tony, the host was very helpful and hands on. We had a small issue, and he responded and took care of it right away. I highly recommend it. Only criticism would be, although the house IS within walking distance to Disneyland, after a full day at the park, it would by quite a hike back. Thank you, Tony, for a great experience. The Lauvers

We had challenges with unlocking the door initially. Overall, a nice house. We were in Anaheim for a conference. House had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Good location. There is a great place with blueberry donuts nearby.

We booked this VRBO because it was close to Disneyland. Uber and Lyft easily accessible to the theme park and airport. Tony was great and accommodating. We’ll definitely stay there again

Great home

This is a great place to stay, especially if you are planning on visiting Disneyland. The home was as advertised, very clean, and in a good neighborhood. We had a group of 9 and felt comfortable with the amount of space available to us. We will definitely stay again.

Family Disneyland trip

We had a larger family trip to Disneyland with members of all different age groups. The house fit us perfectly they had a crib for a baby in the primary room. The primary was spacious and has a large closet area. Check-in was easy and love that you can park behind a secured gate. You can fit about three cars back there and also there’s parking in the driveway for another three cars. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The total of four bedrooms TV in the primary room and a TV in the room that has two twin beds. They have plenty of towels for everyone.

Best Choice!

Location: Awesome. House: Excellent for a group. Space: Great amount of space for all. Technology: Fantastic Neighborhood Area: Very safe Walkability: Very much so and convenient. Cleanliness: Second-to-none Stated expectations: Dry clear. Extra feature: Able to watch Disney fireworks from back yard. Suggestion: Provide patio chairs and a patio table.

Spacious house

We were a party of 8 (3 children, 5 adults) staying for a Disneyland vacation. House is one level which is great for kids, there was plenty of space, including 3 full bathrooms (a HUGE plus) and comfortable beds. Television was difficult to figure out how to turn on (despite 3 adults who are tech savvy) and owner had to come show us. Owner very responsive by the way and easy to communicate with. Kitchen sufficient for cooking simple meals. Plenty of towels. There is a definite need for more blankets. Each bed had one thin bedspread, and no other coverings available. This would be a simple thing to add to the house. Very nice, safe neighborhood. Also, and this is certainly not a criticism, but just be aware that the house is NOT walkable to Disney, especially if you are with children and the summer heat is high. A fit adult walking briskly can do it in 40 minutes each way from the house to the entrance to the park (we are all fit and tried this one morning without the children). It is however an easy drive, about 10 minutes at most. Parking is $30 per day at Disney, and you can come and go. Uber rides were under $10 each way. All in all a great stay.

Lovely owners, but house needs work...

I will start by saying that Tony, the property owner, was very communicative and very accommodating for our party, however, we will not book this place again. We book many home rentals throughout the year in California, and this was the worst one we have experienced. There were 11 of us in the traveling party, and while the house says it sleeps 11, the hot water definitely cannot keep up. We ran out of hot water every night when only half of us were trying to take showers. Besides the water issue, the house is in definite need of some TLC (paint, dusting, deep cleaning etc.) The doors, near the handles, were so dirty that I took a Clorox wipe myself and wiped them down. Also, we found termites (live ones) in the door casing of the master bathroom, as well as ant traps in cabinets, and roach motels... not exactly what we expected. The listing also stated a 'stocked kitchen'... There were no cooking sheets, just a couple of pans, no griddle, and barely enough silverware for a day's worth of eating. The grill outside also did not work - it took us about 45 minutes to cook hot dogs because it would not stay hot. The bedding/linens supply was also inadequate. 2 to 3 big towels for the bathrooms, a few wash rags and handtowels, and that was it. There was no stash of extra comforters or sheets either and the lows at night were around 45 degrees. The heater worked well, fortunately, but we didn't know to bring blankets from home.

Our family of 8 ( 3 adult children with their spouses) enjoyed our stay on this property so much. We had lots of space, everyone had their own room with a nice living area to congregate. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and the beds were comfortable, everything we needed to have a great stay.

Great for family Disney trip

Convient for family of adults. The walk was a little far so we just drove and parked in the Toy Story. The house was clean and everyone had a bed to sleep in at the end of some very long days at Disney.
