THE SPACE:

This home is nestled at the end of a quiet cul de sac in a family oriented neighborhood just minutes from Disneyland Park.

Upon entry you’ll be greeted by a bright and spacious open concept living space. Here you and your guests can enjoy spending time together on the sofa for a movie night, enjoy a great meal together, and lounge indoors or out!

Directly off of the living space French doors will lead you to a cozy deck that looks out to a fully enclosed backyard oasis with a glistening pool, outdoor dining, BBQ grill, poolside lounge, natural gas fire pit and a hot tub to unwind in. Additionally, the swimming pool is secured with a safety fence and child flotation devices are provided.

The garage of this home has been transformed into a game room filled with fun and activities! The game room is equipped with a mini mart, play kitchen & tents for the little ones and entertainment for everyone in the family.

Shoot a game of pool, build a Lego empire or play for a high score on the arcade loaded with hundreds of games! Or you could just hang out on the bean bag and stream your favorites; you could even hop on the mic and have a YouTube karaoke sesh!

Whether you’re here for Disneyland, visiting the Anaheim Convention Center, or just enjoying all that Southern California has to offer, this home will be your perfect place to stay and play!

Family Disney vacation

Our family had a great stay. We loved the heated pool and game room. It was super close to Disney which was nice to come back and take a break. Also not too far from great beaches and shopping. We’d stay here again.

Disneyland 8 day stay

Clean, large kitchen very well equipped, comfortable beds, very nice linens and towels. I expected it to be nice from the pictures but I have to say even better. We rented a car for grocery shopping but we walked most days to Disneyland with a 7&9 year old 20 minute walk. Quite street nice Family neighbourhood. We will be recommending to our friends

Perfect location

House was perfect for our stay. Location is close to all attractions, shopping and restaurants. Appreciate the added amenities of the house, shampoo, soaps, coffee pods etc. Host was quick to respond to any requests and questions. Enjoyed the outdoor space, hot tub and fire pit. Perfect location and charming property

This property was the perfect spot for my family's trip to Disneyland. We loved the large family room, the hot tub, and appreciated the extras like coffee, snacks, and laundry detergent. The owner provided helpful tips regarding local amenities and the best ways to get to Disneyland. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing House!

This house was a perfect place for our family of 4. Very close to Disneyland and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay and then some. The house was very clean and uncluttered and the game room was a huge hit for all. The pool and spa were a nice addition as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Disneyland

Wonderful home to stay at during our Disneyland vacation. Pool, hot tub, game room, and large living room/kitchen made it perfect for our stay with two kids (3, 7) and four adults. Disneyland was a quick Uber drive away. Quiet neighborhood, everything was exceptionally clean. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

This house was amazing and spacious. It was extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable. The detached garage was a perfect place for the kids to play. The pool is inclosed by a safety gate so the kids could go to the garage without worrying about them going into the pool area. They have a few pool floats and water wings for the little ones. We walked to Disneyland and it was about a 15 minute stroll to the security of Downtown Disney at 10 year old speed. The neighborhood is quiet. There were also 3 strollers in the garage, 2 doubles and a single. Wonderful, wonderful house.

Excellent stay. We didn’t want to leave!

We stayed at the house for five nights total. We had our three grandsons and our son with us. The playroom was a big, big hit with everyone especially the two younger grandkids. We immediately felt at home as soon as we entered. The kitchen was the most well-stocked of any VRBO we’ve rented. The smart TVs came in handy and the kids could watch in their room while the adults watched in the living area. Our host was very responsive. The information he sent to me regarding local shopping and other details was very comprehensive. Then … then there was the pool and hot tub! So wonderful. We probably could have skipped Disneyland and just lounged around the pool. Our grandsons were ecstatic about it. It was a real treat for everyone and for some reason, in my experience a pool seems to happily unite a family. We we’re able to watch the fireworks from the front yard every night when we weren’t actually at Disneyland. The house is on a cul-de-sac so everything was very quiet. If you decide to rent this home, you will not be disappointed!

Never again - Just Plain Horrible

Pictures of property looked better than in person - property appeared to be a quick fixer upper to rent out to tourist. My family didn’t feel safe in this neighborhood- it was constant noise all night from blaring car alarms to people coming and going across the street at all times of night - there was construction traffic 2 doors down from us during the day. Additionally the entire back of the house had no window shades or curtains which is not good when you have family watching movies in the front room. While there is a fence in backyard the gates we’re not lock. A pool guy showed up on our first morning in the backyard and scared my wife while she was trying to cook. He was looking straight through the window. Lastly, We were charged and additional 150.00 via PayPal just to have the pool heater on so the kids could enjoy the pool during the cool weather. Master bedroom shower leaked constantly and the kitchen sink smell horrible due to the garbage disposal not being service - we never fully utilized the kitchen - then there was the horrible communication when checking out. I would not recommend this property or owner to anyone. I feel I am owed some sort of refund of some kind. Just a horrible experience.

Great Home near Disney

Beautiful home near Disneyland that is setup to enhance a family trip to the area. Our daughter loved the playroom and the pool! The open concept living area offered plenty of space, but kept the family together and the bedrooms were comfortable. Great stay! Highly recommend!

Peaceful paradise

We loved our stay and found the home to be just as shown on the online photos. It was nice to come back to a hot tub and pool after a day at Disneyland. One of the few rentals we haven’t wished for better knives or kitchen equipment.It is an unusual rental for the Disney area. Very well suited for families with children and yet just as well suited for adults. No Disney decor plastered everywhere yet a paradise for kids. The game room almost made me wish we had children with us. Highly recommended for a peaceful adult get away or a family vacation with kiddos.

Disney go to!

We call this our Disney house and will always check its availability first when we're going. It's definitely walkable to Disney but we usually stay all day there, so we just park, but it's a quick easy drive to the parking lot. The house has everything we need and more. Sofas are big and comfy and we enjoy the huge family room kitchen for breakfast and nighttime snacks. S'mores are a must and having the privacy of our own pool and spa is great for a family vacation. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice as well. It's definitely a great family vacation home! We will be back again.

Great host, great stay!

Walking distance to Disneyland (took us 17 minutes to the tram), fun games room and pool / hot tub area. Spacious home, pool was clean and warm (not much of a shallow end but for our teenage boys it was great), had everything we needed. Our family of 4 had a great time and Aaron was excellent... the dishwasher broke down and within 48 hours we had a brand new one installed. Thanks for everything!

Nice house in great location, nice outdoor facilities, in need of an update

Our party of 6 stayed here for 8 nights during a visit to Disneyland. The good: Amazing location to Disney; easy check-in process; communicative host; excellent outdoor facilities and arcade area of the kids; great TV in the living room; spacious enough for 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents The not-so-good: Every major kitchen appliance had an issue of some kind... The dishwasher needs replacing - doesn't clean dishes properly, lower rack doesn't slide in/out anymore, and the dishwasher itself tips forward as it hasn't been screwed into the countertop... fridge/freezer ice maker is temperemental and regularly fails to work... oven appears to need servicing as it isn't getting to the temperature set on the controls. The interior is in need of a little attention - i.e. re-paint, replace chipped baseboards and window sills... secondary bathroom shower/bathtub tap is dripping... the properly *looks* like it's been a short-term rental for many years, and it's beginning to show, unfortunately. Overall - we were happy with out stay... Aaron has a great place, but it could do with a bit of TLC to take it to the next level.

Disneyland trip 2024

The house was incredible. Very nicely appointed, and super clean. We enjoyed everything the house had to offer. The kitchen was well stocked. I came out with my 2 children and we met up with friends from New Zealand. We went to Disneyland with them for 2 days and had lots of visiting time. The time went by too quickly, as it always does. I’m sure if we are ever in the Anaheim area again we will stay there. Aaron was quick to respond to any questions. The whole trip was exceptional. Thank you so much!!

Great family getaway

We had a wonderful stay with our two kids, 4 and 8. The house had so many things that made the stay convenient with younger kids, from reusable plastic dishes to a bunch of pool toys. The location was perfect for visiting Disneyland and CA Adventure, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The backyard area made the stay! It’s a great outdoor area with lots to enjoy. Communication with Aaron was easy and quick, would definitely recommend!
