We loved staying here! The hot tub was so perfect after a long day at Disney. All the rooms and bathrooms were so clean and nice. Slept like a log on these comfy beds. Thank you!!

House was well.stock for all our needs. Pool was very clean and beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Great location to Disneyland, Honda center for the hockey game we attended, and only 20 min to the ocean. We would diffently say here again.

The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic especially after a day at Disney, easy walk to the parks - clean and well cared for.

Location was great, short drive to Disneyland. Walking was too far at the end of a long day so we drove. House was not as clean as advertised. The carpets were not clean and the tile around the toilets wasn't either. White socks didn't remain white for too long! The pool and game room were great. Considering the high rental cost, this kitchen was not stocked well at all regarding consumables. There were none of these "basics" that we're accustomed to in most rentals--No: coffee, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, baggies, dish cloths, sponges, kleenex and very few trash bags. The most annoying part of this rental was the ridiculous 16 page agreement that you'll need to sign and initial!! We've rented over 30 rental homes over the years and have only been asked to sign a 1 page document on a couple of occasions, otherwise there's been no need to sign any agreement. This made us feel as if we're in prison and are afraid of making ourselves comfortable in this home for fear of being in violation.

We’ve already passed your notes about the carpets and bathroom tile to our housekeeping team so they can address them thoroughly. Regarding kitchen consumables, we provide cookware and basic supplies, but we do not stock food grade items that could become compromised by other guests for safety and health regulations. The rental agreement is required by the City of Anaheim for all licensed short‑term rentals. The city mandates that guests review and sign these rules before arrival, and the same rules must be posted inside the home. We appreciate your feedback and will continue improving wherever possible. Thank you again for staying with us.

The house was very comfortable, clean and had plenty of room for our family. The pool and hot tub were fun and well equipped with kid life jackets and floats. It was a little too far for us to walk to Disneyland with our little kids, but it is in a good location and only took about 5 minutes to drive over. We would definitely stay again

The photos are very accurate, the pool area is excellent. We enjoyed being close to Disneyland. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood, great for viewing fireworks in the backyard. The floor plan is great! The positives: pool, baby necessities, host provides shampoo and body wash, quiet, home away from home feeling. The negatives: bunk beds are not comfortable, all towels are ratty and old, fridge is wonky (beeps randomly all night and doesn’t keep food frozen) can’t login to your own Roku accounts and the one here has adds, game room is not well ventilated too hot to use during the day. The back doors deadbolts don’t lock properly, the backyard gate latch is completely broken off with no door alarm on the laundry room door that leads to that side yard (could be very dangerous for young children) . The bathroom sink was clogged, won’t drain and was full of water upon arrival, tried to report it but no response from the host. The vrbo is still a good way to vacation, I just feel like we spent a lot of money and it wasn’t worth it with some of the things I mentioned. The host could definitely improve this property with easy inexpensive updates and fixes.
