• Aladdin-inspired room with Queen Bed.
• It’s a Small World-themed kids’ room – with a full under twin bunk bed with trundle for little adventurers! Dress up closets for your princess, play kitchen, books, and toys.
• Avengers Themed Game Room with a luxury Queen sized sofa bed and armoire. Note that this room is an insulated converted detached carriage house with a mini-split heating and air conditioning unit. For bathroom access, you will have to walk through our gated and private backyard patio to the main house. It does not rain often in California but please consider this in the Spring months when we do experience rain.

ABOUT OUR GAME ROOM/BEDROOM 5
Our Game Room can be a private space/bedroom with a very comfortable Queen sized couch bed. We also have an Armoire for clothing storage. You will be provided linen and pillows in the Armoire to make the bed yourself. The space is a detached carriage house but is very comfortable with windows, insulation, and climate control. You will need to walk outside, cross the patio to the shared bathroom in the main house (or studio). Please be aware that California generally has excellent weather and rarely rains except for the Spring months, please bear this in mind if you are counting on using it as a 5th bedroom.

ABOUT OUR POOL
Our cowboy/tank pool is filtered but does not have jets. It is 22 inches deep and 10 ft. in diameter, it is perfect for 6-7 adults comfortably. There is an additional fee to heat the pool to 85 degrees.

POOL HEATING FEE
To help cover the additional energy costs, we charge $50 per day plus tax. Please message us after booking if interested.

PET FEE
$50 per Well Behaved dog per night to cover additional cleaning costs. Limit of 2 dogs. Dogs must be crated if left unattended in the home longer than 2 hours, guest must provide the crate. Any unregistered Pet guests can occur a $500 fine. Please reference our Pet Policy.

EV CHARGING
$25 per overnight charge.

EARLY CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
We are happy to accommodate an additional half-day stay either at the beginning or end of your stay based on availability. Additional fees will vary depending on demand.

SMOKING POLICY/FIRE RISK
Due to the high risk of fire in our region, both indoor and outdoor smoking is prohibited for everyone's safety. There may be times that the fire pit is unavailable to do increased risk.

By booking your stay with us you agree to our house rules, including our pet policy. We reserve the right to terminate your stay if you do not follow our house rules.
