Location, location, location: Around the corner from Glorioso's Market on Brady Street, this safe, historically Italian Brady Street neighborhood is quintessential Milwaukee. Beautiful cream city brick homes and turn of the century mansions, alongside apartment buildings and multi unit homes, this historical neighborhood in Milwaukee's Lower East Side, is minutes from downtown, the Milwaukee Art Museum, Lake Michigan and Fiserv Forum (with easy access to highways to get anywhere in and around Milwaukee).
Getting Around: This centrally located house is within walking distance to many grocery stores, restaurants, shops and bars. Easily walk 1 mile to Lake Michigan or the shops and restaurants in the Third Ward.
One car garage is attached to the house; otherwise it's easy and free street parking, but a permit is required for 4 days or less. Longer than 4 days of street parking requires a permit with a small fee, and I will send all the details after booking. There are bike rentals and public transportation nearby as well.

Annie’s place was fabulous! The house was clean and suitable for a group of 6 people, which is how many we had. The location is perfect for walking everywhere you need to go. We would certainly choose to stay here again!
The house was well stocked with essentials, very clean and the hosts are very thoughtful! The location was perfect for walking to explore Brady St and a short Uber ride to explore the rest of Milwaukee.
The house was so nice with lots of obvious thought put into the decorating and details. Very close to downtown and also the lake. Would love to come back when it isn't 20 degrees out and we could sit out on the patio! It was the perfect location for our family getaway!
This was a great option for 4 adults traveling as friends. We were close to Brady street and an easy ride share from everything else. House was clean and as listed. The property manager was super helpful with local suggestions and checking in on our stay.
Great place for a group of 6-8! Large table to fit everyone inside and out! Easy check-in process. Responsive host ! Clean and nicely decorated. Great location to all the places on Brady Street and quick drive to many attractions. Definitely recommend staying here.
Very charming accommodation in a fun and beautiful neighborhood. Our group of six seniors was very comfortable. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, dining, and living spaces. The lower-level sleeping space saved the visit for our member who would have had trouble with stairs. Comfy mattresses and cushy towels. We would definitely stay again.
We lived this property. It was in a great location 2 blocks from Brady St. the owners were communicating with us the whole time to make sure we had everything we needed. We Will absolutely be coming back in the summer. Milwaukee is such a fun town.

I'm so glad you loved it Stacey! You guys were awesome guests and totally welcome back anytime!!
We had 7 people visiting for March madness. We did not rent a vehicle but had no problem getting around. Everything was within 5-10 minute uber ride, or walking distance. The beds were comfortable but pillows were a little stiff. The house is old and floors are squeaky but it was very clean and was nicely decorated with character. Annie was very responsive. Got back to me within 5 minutes of messaging her. Would definitely recommend staying here.
The Blair Iris House was great for our long weekend visiting family.
The house was clean, charming and welcoming. Beds and linens were comfortable, and the bath towels were great. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided which was very convenient.
The dining room and living room provided plenty of seating. The kitchen was also spacious with a large refrigerator and all the amenities.
Communication with the host was easy and she was very responsive and informative. We really appreciated being able to check-in early as our flight arrived in the morning.
The keyless entry locks on the door and the garage were easy to use, and we gained entry with no issues.
We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Milwaukee.
