Spacious 4BR- 2 Min. walk to Beach

Our family-friendly home is located just a 2 min. walk to the beach!

Shopping, restaurants, and bars are conveniently located within .8 miles, making it easy to explore the local area.

We offer a fully equipped kitchen and our living room has ample seating. We have two decks that include outdoor seating and a grill. We provide Linens, bath & beach towels, beach chairs. We have an outdoor shower for sandy beach days!

We take pride in providing a clean and safe environment for our guests, and we're always available to answer any questions.

The space

Our home has two floors that you’ll have access to use. The house is on stilts so you will go up a flight of stairs to enter the home. The first floor has a suite with a private deck and full bath, two additional rooms, a shared full bath, and laundry. On the second floor you’ll find an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and another deck. The living room has plenty of seating and a breakfast nook with a booth. The master suite with ocean views is on the second floor, and includes a full bath with a jacuzzi tub. We do not have an elevator.

Other things to note:
We have an outdoor security camera that monitors the front door.

House Rules:
We strictly enforce quite hours and do not allow parties, underage drinking, or illegal substances on our property.

Amazing weekend getaway!

We had the absolute best time and this house was just perfect for what we needed. It was super clean, beds are comfy, and there is plenty of space! Ali (the hostess) is wonderful and was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We will definitely be staying again!

This place was perfect for a beach stay. It's right off the main drag and close to everything, including a short walk to the water. There is plenty of room to park multiple cars and everything you need for a day on the sand.It's immaculate inside with spacious bedrooms, and the main dining area is among the nicest we've seen in a rental. Perfect Weekend

We enjoyed our stay here! It was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was close to the beach and one of our favorite places, The Daily Grind. Ali was an amazing host! Very responsive to messages. We loved the extra touches like beach bags and beach towels in each bedroom. Plenty of space for us and our 3 adult children. We look forward to returning soon!

Perfect place to stay at the beach

My family and I had an amazing stay here. We had 7 adults and one toddler, so we needed a place where everyone could have their own space and comfortably sleep. The house was only a short two minute walk to the beach, had spacious rooms, two decks to sit outside on, and a large living room/kitchen. Ali, our host, was wonderful for our entire trip. She would check in to make sure we had everything we needed and was able to quickly resolve any issues, questions or concerns. We were provided linens, toiletries, bathtowels and even beach towels. There were even enough beach chairs for all of us to use, toys for my little one to borrow and even a cart to haul everything to the beach. These little extra perks made our stay even better! I would recommend this house to anyone and we would absolutely come back!

Great location & beautiful home

We've been coming to Top Sail for about 6 years now and 2 years ago starting bringing my brother in law and his family with us. We've all grown to love it here! This year we decided to gift them a beach house for x-mas. It was the best gift ever. The house was beautifully decorated (and everything was included such as towels and linens and all the bathrooms even had shampoo/conditioner, bodywash & toilet paper in them) and the location was amazing. Short walk to the beach and short walk/drive to the center of the town. 4th of July was a VERY busy weekend but, being so close to everything was great b/c we were able to avoid all the hustle and bustle + traffic. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone. Ali was so accommodating. The ONLY negative was the parking situation and the neighbors who live there aren't friendly. This has nothing to do with Ali (The Flynn's) or her home though. Would consider this house again for next year for sure! Thank you to the Flynn's for making us feel right at home.

We believe the best parts of life are the memories that are made and that people should enjoy the journey. Why they chose this property

The carolina coast offers beautiful beaches. For us, we wanted a spot that was super walkable. Having the beach, restaurants, bars, and shopping all with in walking distance was non-negotiable. We love being able to park the car and not needing it again until we go home. Surf City in particular has a lot of charm and offers an easy going lifestyle.

What makes this property unique

It was really important for us to create a comfortable space for our guests to enjoy. We offer everything you need for a solid beach vacation. All the linens, bath towels, beach towels, Beach Chairs, a Kitchen with everything you need to have a nice meal. My favorite part of the house is the kitchen nook that was designed by my Husband and intended to be a space for people to gather.
