When we got there, room was still in repair of sliding door. But Scott, owner of unit arrived shortly after we arrived, and before we had change to call him. He had arranged for us to stay in unit next door owned by a friend of his for the first night and promised we would be reimbursed for one nights stay.

Condo is Beautiful, super clean, upgraded everything. Complete with anything you would need. Communication with host was top notch. Check-in couldn’t have been easier. We completely enjoyed our stay here. Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds/bedding, well stocked kitchen, there was a nice variety of items including spices, olive oil, cleaning supplies and nice quality cookware. Scott was very good at communicating and very helpful. We will make this are #1 go-to condo when we come to Jax to see our family.

Beautiful interior. Freshly renovated with picturesque ocean front view. A front row view of ocean sunrise is medicine for the soul. Unit was super clean and well maintained. Exterior of building and surrounding area could use some TLC but the upgrades of the interior unit more than compensates for the neighborhood. Scott is an excellent host. Super quick to respond. Can’t wait to return. Will definitely here stay again.
