How to be scam

First of all, i stayed only 5 minutes in this appart, the odor was horrific, an entire wall was cover with mold, this wall was so affected it was black. I leave this appart for an other an the owner didn't want to refund me. The pictures on VRBO are false, this appart is totally different and all looks like ruins, it's a dump. I complain at the manager of tower 2 and he said ''you are not the first who's complain about this appart''. At this day, the owner of this appart rent this one and scam other persons. Never rent this appart, it's dangerous for your health. I complain at Vrbo about this situation and i send many photos, but this false appart still on the Vrbo page.
