We didn’t get to spend much time at the house but it was very clean with comfy beds. Loved the location and he fact that it was totally pet friendly. As a horse trainer I am always looking for places to stay with my dogs and this was a great option. Will 100% be booking in the future

The location was perfect and everything was clean and ready when we arrived. We had clear directions and no trouble at all. There were even directions to find the light switches which was super helpful (it’s an older home so not where you would think). It felt like staying in a relatives home and we felt welcome.

The host was pleasant and responsive. The house was as described and and had everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and towels. I appreciated the white noise machine in the king bedroom, as well as the provided fans. Overall it was a very pleasant weekend. I'd stay there again.

The positives are that the host was very responsive and worked with our schedule and let us check in a bit early. The beds were comfortable, and the house was well stocked with things such as towels, kitchen items, etc. However, we were not happy with our stay, and feel that the house cost way more money to stay there than what it is worth. It is an old house, and they have tried to fix it up. However, it is located in a not very good neighborhood, and we did not feel safe. The back door was not very secure, and could have easily been broken in to. The doorknob had duct tape on it, and there were large cockroaches in the living room. The floors were not clean. It should not be listed as 2 bathrooms, as the second bathroom is extremely small and just includes a small sink and toilet, so there is only one shower which did not drain well at all. We would not stay here again.

We enjoyed our short stay and wished we could have stayed longer. It was a sweet cozy home in the heart of Belton close to UMHB.

Convenient to Wedding Venues in Belton

A cute small Texas farmhouse. The only downside you might want to be aware of is that the train goes by not far from the house as all hours of the night and blows its horn. If you wear ear plugs and use the Sound Sleep App on your phone, that will help.

Host was welcoming. The amount of pet hair in the house was overwhelming. That is on me for not noticing it was a pet-friendly home and booking it; I will not do that again. All linens (sheets, towels, pillows) were covered in white hair. The listing states 2 bathrooms, and that is inaccurate. It should be updated to 1.5 bathrooms, as there is only one shower/tub in the home. That was a very important feature for my family since we had 6 guests, and I wouldn’t have booked this property if I’d known there was only one shower.

Clean and comfortable

As advertised. Clean and comfortable. Good WiFi and TV. Needs to purchase some more silverware, as there's only 3 spoons and 2 forks. We bought some plastic ware for our use. But that's a minor thing and easy to fix. Overall very satisfied with the house and would stay there again. Thanks!
