The Caliente Flat is a studio apartment that is designed to mimic a carefree hacienda in any country on the South American continent.
Our hope is that you'll immerse yourself in the experience while enjoying our quaint little town of Bellefontaine, OH!

Great Spot

Very quiet spot, really communicative hosts. Felt like we had the whole block to ourselves. The snacks and wine were A very nice touch and we will be renting again from them in the future!

Great Stay

So nice and inviting with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Walking distance to a favorite coffee shop, Sweet Aromas. Enjoyable stay.

Cozy stay and convenient location

Caliente Flat was a great weekend getaway for us. Situated right in downtown near shops and restaurants. It is across a bar that can get noisy over the weekend, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Great communication with the property manager!

The Caliente suite is extremely cute, very welcoming and I really enjoyed my stay at the Flats. I got to peep a couple other suites and I can say they are all great. The rooms are very clean, the bed was super comfortable. I loved the welcome gifts, stocked coffee bar, and proximity to everything to downtown and the regional airport. Julz is also an amazing host, responded promptly to all of my questions and it was always easy to communicate with her. If for any reason, I ever find myself in Bellefontaine, I would 100% stay here again. Although it's downtown, there is easy parking for guests at the Flats, I felt very safe and really enjoyed this apartment. The only real question is which suite do you want at the Flats, all continent themes are available.

Great little place. Very clean. Very convenient to anything down town. I walked everwhere easily.
