We had no trouble finding Ann's place, and she was there to greet us in spite of our arriving very late! The bedroom with its beautiful quilt was welcoming, and the queen bed was firm and comfortable; even my husband who has chronic back pain slept well. The A/C kept up with the heat, the kitchen had plenty of cookware, washer and dryer, and a big refrigerator. The sofas in the living room were very comfortable and the TV and internet worked very well, so we cooked spaghetti and had a movie night with our adult daughter. We liked that this Vrbo had a big grill and a fire pit available, although we didn't have time to use them. Even though this was an hour from Columbus and the city center, there were plenty of places to eat nearby; we will try to stay here again when we come back.

Rural setting next to owner's home was large with many amenities, and peaceful. Owner greeted me, was friendly and helpful. Owner's dog was out loose next morning though, barked at me as if I was an intruder and I had to retreat inside. Also a scrawny cat was on the stoop, she said it was being picked up by a former guest but it looked like it really needed a vet asap for kidney issues. Wish I had known how to access the woods/trails also. There was noticeable plugin fragrance and some underlying smoke smell.

Everything about this place was terrific. The property was clean and maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The host was quick with responses, very accommodating and friendly from the booking all the way to after check out!
