Cosy cottage in nature
For those who are looking for a private place to enjoy nature, peace and quiet.
Cute stone house surrounded by greenery with fruit and olive trees and with sea view.
You have the house for yourself. It consists out of a living room, bedroom with double bed, bathroom and a covered outdoor space to relax in the shade and hear the birds sing. All the amenities for a comfortable stay are present in the house.
The village of Rocca San Giovanni is 1.8 km from the house. The beach is 8 km from the house.
Keep in mind te following:
- There is no wifi (yet)
- There is no tv
- Phone reception comes and goes
- The house is standing on its own and can feel isolated (the nearest neighbour is 400 meters away)
- The road is partly unpaved and a bit steep in the end (the steep part is paved). A Fiat Panda can handle it
- Pets are welcome as long as they behave and don't lay on the couch and bed. The garden/land is not fenced.
It's the perfect place for a total relaxed time and disconnect from a busy life.
