Lovely water view, friendly neighborhood. Short walk to some great restaurants. The house itself is very cute, well equipped with plenty of space and conversation nooks. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Home was lovely, clean, nicely decorated and in a prime location. We loved everything about it. Beds were comfortable. Not great water pressure in 1 upstairs sink but rest of house was fine. Lots of nice seating. Would return for sure.

Perfect Location

Doug did an amazing job communicating all information about the property during our stay in a timely manor. We had a wedding at Cambridge Yacht Club and we were able to walk to-and-from all weekend, which worked out perfect since there are no Ubers in Cambridge. The house was clean and the entire check in process was efficient thanks to Doug!

Great location and wonderful property!

We enjoyed a girls trip at this property and it was great. It's a recently updated old house, walkable to Cambridge's restaurants and downtown, and right on the water near the lighthouse. It has two wonderful porches that were nice to spend evenings on, and was roomy and comfortable. We did have to provide a few things that would have been nice to have, like a sponge to do dishes, but that was minor. I wouldn't recommend this property to people with mobility issues because the age of the house means there are some slanted floors and other quirks, but for young follks like us it was great!

It was a beautiful house and great location. There was no toilet paper in the downstairs restroom and only one roll in the one upstairs. No hand soap in either restroom. No kitchen trash bags available. Several dresser drawers were stuffed so full with sheets and blankets that we couldn't open them, so we were only able to use a couple drawers in each bedroom. The outside light fixture by the kitchen door did not work. The stairs in the kitchen that leads upstairs really needs a banister, they are steep and the steps are small.

As a premier host I rarely submit a response to such negative reviews (because all of our reviews are 5 star), however due to the multiple false statements that this guest decided to submit I felt the need. EVERY single statement that this guest submitted is a total lie. We ALWAYS set out multiple paper products and also provide starter products such as trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc....unfortunately this guest for whatever reason decided to slander our property with negativity. If you take the time to look at every single review of this property both on VRBO and AIRBNB, you will easily see that we provide a great stay at a great property. Its very unfortunate that there are guest that feel the need to do something of this nature. If and when we do have any unsatisfied guest we ALWAYS made every effort to correct any issues. This particular guest never contacted us notbonce about anything during their stay. I would like to think they inadvertently left a negative review about our property by mistake. But sometimes people simply are inconsiderate. If so, please be cautious if you decide to host this guest. Thanks for reading
