The house is quite cozy and charming. 2bedrooms, all with queen beds. Large den with fireplace, modern kitchen, dining room, and living room with large window looking out on the back yard. The house is behind an elementary school with 10 acres to enjoy. 1 mile from the Erie Canal which has a walking/bike path, 4 miles from lovely Pittsford Village with lots of shopping and cafes. Thirty minutes from the Finger Lakes with many wineries to explore and waterfalls, hiking.
