We are OPEN to direct leases for 3-18+ months at a deeply discounted rate, message me.*** Our Kenwood Bungalow is centrally located, .5 mile from Central Ave, 1.5 miles to Rays Stadium, 2.5 miles to Beach Dr. & 6 miles to Beaches. The home is stocked with quality essentials, all furniture has been thoughtfully selected for your comfort! All linens are high quality, the beds are very comfortable and overall we keep the home incredibly clean. There is a fully fenced backyard with a deck and outdoor dining! There is also a dinning room + working area / desk. The home has super fast internet.

Why they chose this property

Kenwood is one of the most sought after neighborhood's for growing families in St. Pete. It's still pretty affordable, about 1 mile to the fun of downtown and centrally located to I-275 if you need to get to Tampa or 10-15 minutes from your favorite beaches. I just love the people, the vibe and all the super cute old bungalows.

What makes this property unique

I take pride in my property, always looking for ways to improve it. You won't see it in the photos, but we recently added a huge paver deck in the back off of the wooden deck to allow for more social outdoor space. We also make sure that all the furnishings are items that I would put in my own home. I HATE getting to a short term rental and none of the furniture is comfortable enough to relax on. I made it my mission to be able to have super comfortable couches and beds, and you'll notice in my reviews that past guests mention how everything is better than being in some of the best hotels - that's because I pay attention to details!
