I am a college professor of Entrepreneurship in Boston, USA, who has worked and lived in Latin America for the past 30 years. I also live in Vermont.
Why they chose this property
I fell in love with Inti Wasi surf house the moment I saw it and experienced the calm of Playa Marsella, as well as the community and fun of Playa Maderas surf beach. Over the years, my friends and I have filled IntiWasi with many beautiful, hand-painted murals.
What makes this property unique
Inti Wasi is balanced with Feng Shui Chinese energy to give the place a relaxing, inviting feel. It is filled with large hand-painted murals, which I painted myself with family and friends. The property is planted with shady madera trees which monkeys love, palms, banana, avocado, limes, mango and papaya. Plus hibiscus flowers, lemon grass and hot pepper plants. We are nestled into a hill, high above the paved road. The trees provide privacy, shade and blocks noise.
