THE PROPERTY - 2 Bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 living rooms, 3 decks, Gorgeous Lake View Sleeps 6.

It is a violation of the Rental Agreement for the reserving guest to rent our lake home for someone under 25 years of age. The reserving guest must be 25 years old and must stay on the property with other guests.

Dock - The dock has a swim platform available for swimming. No boat slip available. You may tie your boat up on the swim platform side of the dock. Our no wake cove is very large. We are at the end where it's extremely remote and quiet. From November to April the water drops significantly via Ameren's Bagnell Dam water draw down in anticipation for the spring rain. This beautiful lakefront home is located on the Westside, on the 4MM which is in the Mill Creek Cove at Lake of the Ozarks. Our home is located on the Gravois Arm and its the absolute best location on the lake. The house has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the lower level bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. One on each level makes it great for 2 families to share this home. New furniture and cute updates on the inside makes this home cozy. Both sofas are sleeper's with premium comfy mattresses; no bars in your back with these! It also features a private swim dock, gas grill, 2 decks, 3rd is halfway down to the dock, Pedalboat, 3 Kayaks, fire pit, and so much more! A fully equipped kitchen! The swim platform on the dock is complete with a 4 person patio table and chairs, swim ladder, There is a jet ski ramp for you to use. This location has an incredible area for swimming. The cove is super calm and a no wake area perfect for using the kayaks and paddle boat; it's super fun! Lake Burger is at the beginning of the cove. Via boat these other restaurants about 10 minutes by water to Horny Toad & Shady Gators, Coconuts, and Jolly Rogers.

This lake property is geared for families for family fun and memory making. A mesh baby gate has been installed at the top of the stairs and it's removable to bring to the lower level to keep the kids from going back up the stairway.

You can relax knowing that our property will always be ready for you and that we’ll answer the phone 24/7. Even better, if anything is off about your stay, we’ll make it right. You can count on our home and we want to make you feel welcome--because we know what vacation means to you.

- We are located near two neighbors, our guests must adhere to the house rules.

- NOTE: This property features a ring door bell and 4 exterior security cameras. We have these motion activated cameras to watch our property when it's vacant only. All camera's are outside facing the exterior doors, and do not look into interior spaces. We do not watch you and put the camera's on private during your stay. If a neighbor reports any problems to us; we will take them off private to see what's going on, so far we have had fantastic guests and no problems.
