This subdivision of Park City is the only one in the area that offers spacious homes that are ski in ski out while still being close to the base so one does not have to drive through rough mountain conditions to get to the house. About 30 minutes from the Jordanelle Dam for boating and other water recreation. There are plenty of activities nearby including the Utah Olympic Park and The Deer Valley Outdoor Concert Series, Park Silly, and other citywide events.
