This house boarders a ski trail. We don’t advertise it as it is snow dependent. In a very private Red Pine neighborhood! Two doors from listing 2407734. Watch skiers/ boarders from your window. Please call for detail on it and look at pictures. We also have an on demand private shuttle that takes you anywhere in the Canyons village. Feel like a walk? The village is about a 7 min walk away. Game room, yoga studio, theater room,in suite bathrooms, private jacuzzi in the trees and snow play area in the pines. This house has it all!!

Great location for skiing and entertaining family!!

Everything was perfect for our skiing vacation, plenty of room for family meals and entertaining, close to Canyon village and the slopes!! Free shuttle service too.

House was beautiful and spacious. Lots of extras, including laundry on each floor, well-equipped kitchen, movie room, and game room. Slopes weren’t as easily accessed as expected, but some of that was probably due to poor snow, which couldn’t be helped. Still a great location with easy access to canyons village.

Fantastic Ski House

Had a wonderful time staying at the property with a large group of friends (9 adults). We enjoyed the ski trail directly behind the house, the comfortable group seating, well equipped kitchen, and friendly host.

Great place to stay

This house was wonderful for our three families that totaled 11 with children 5 ranging from 2 -16 and 6 adults. The furnishings and location were great. It is fully equipped and the property manager was extremely attentive and helpful.

Incredible house cozy and location was unreal

Family Ski Holiday Fun

Great family house with terrific location. Ski in/out trail located behind the house. Snow dependent you can ski with a short walk to gondola/chairlift and Canyons village with restaurants and apres ski activity. Great location for a family holiday, grocery stores and activities easily accessible. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Canyons Property

Amazing house. Large kitchen and great room, fireplaces throughout. Ski in and ski out was easy to accomplish but only for non-beginners!

Beautiful Home

Spent a few days here skiing. Home was beautiful, had everything we needed. 2 families with adult children enjoyed the fireplaces, hot tub, cooking meals, watching movies in the theater. Ski in and ski out was possible, once we found the routes. Host was responsive to requests.

Awesome house!!

This house is off the charts nice and huge. Easy access to skiing and Canyons village. The host was extremely responsive to any and all needs, but there were few with this property. Would HIGHLY recommend this to all interested..

Amazing stay!

Wow - This home is absolutely amazing. The pictures really don't do it justice, as it is so much more breathtaking when you walk in the door. This trip was a family trip and our adult children brought their spouses. The home is so cozy for such a large space and also there is so much entertainment there that we didn't really want to leave for our events. We watched a movie in the theatre which was amazing/cozy/fun, played pool, played arcade games, games/puzzles, made Thanksgiving dinner, relaxed in the jaccuzi, etc. The location is just perfect as it is one minute from the Canyons base for skiing and just a few minutes from Main Street in Park City for entertainment/dinner/bars. We saw deer almost every day and we actually saw wild turkeys grazing in the back. The mgmt is super responsive to any little need and the home is really set up well with everything that you would need. Overall this was just a perfect week for our family and this is the only home I will book when I am in the Canyons/Park City area going forward (-: We couldn't be happier.

This is a beautiful home, and we all enjoyed it thoroughly. The snow wasn’t very good, but the house and the hot tub were! The host was very responsive to all of our questions, and we appreciated her. I would definitely book here again!

The perfect Ski-in Ski-out estate!

Our family had the pleasure of enjoying this beautiful estate in early March for a ski trip. We had high expectations, but upon arrival we were blown away by the house! Our family primarily stays at short term rentals when vacationing, and notice a trend that most rentals are minimally furnished, decor is very neutral and cheap, and supplies are sparse, which doesn't give the most inviting feeling at times. Not so at this home. The property was fully stocked with everything we needed to make it feel like visiting with family, a loaded kitchen, and amenities everywhere. The rooms were all very large with on-suite bathrooms, a massive game room downstairs and movie theater was so fun with the kids, and the location was walkable to the village. I plan on booking this again as it turned out to be a bargain compared to other properties we have stayed at. To the host and owner - Thank you all so much for a great experience and memories to last a lifetime!
