The first floor bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom.

The main 2nd level has a cozy living room designed for relaxation and a large kitchen and dining area which are fully equipped with everything you need and perfect for friends and family to gather around! There is also a half bathroom on the same floor and a covered patio deck.

The 3rd level has the spacious master bedroom that features a king-sized bed and a cozy environment with spa-like ensuite bathroom. The adjoining bedroom has a queen-sized bed, closet, and an ensuite bathroom. We also have the laundry room here.

The 4th level has the 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds and an ensuite bathroom, a hospitality bathroom for guests, a bonus room with pool table, bbq in park area, and another high patio with comfortable seating and beautiful view of downtown Austin.

Catch your favorite movies and shows on smart TVs located on each floors right away from home! Fiber with an internet speed of up to 2 Gbps , 1 garage parking space and 110 EV chargers for both Tesla and Lucid branded vehicles are all provided during your stay!

Do not rent from this host! Host required additional info (including picture of driver’s license) be entered into separate website (didn’t seem secure) using a link - seemed like a database used for future marketing purposes. Then host cancelled my reservation less than 1 hour before check-in time and then had their “assistant” call me from a spam phone number and stated I had to cancel the reservation on my end - which was a deceptive attempt to keep the reservation money. This all felt shady and I would definitely avoid this host.
