Location location location. Close to downtown Woodinville, all wine districts, and restaurants, including Walla Walla Steak Co. Easy freeway access. Light-filled large open kitchen includes a breakfast nook and adjoining family room with large TV. French doors open to large stamped patio w/gas BBQ. Main level includes 4th bedroom/den. Upper level has 3 bedrooms including master w/fireplace, spa-like bathroom & large walk-in closet. AC for hot summer days. Relax in new hot tub and spend evenings around the inground fire pit or gas fire table. Conveniently located to Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond and Seattle. 1.5 hours to skiing at Stevens or Snoqualmie. Sammamish river trail and the Burke Gilman trail both within walking distance. St. Michelle Winery concerts and Woodinville Wednesday concerts take place all summer and are super fun. There is a Saturday farmers market at Woodinville fields also within walking distance. So much to do from this great location year around! There is 1 golf course in Woodinville, Washington and 44 golf courses within 20 miles of Woodinville, including 14 public, 13 municipal and 17 private courses. The oldest course in the Woodinville area is the Seattle Golf Club which was designed by John Ball/Robert Johnstone/Arnold Palmer and opened in 1908. The longest course is The Club At Snoqualmie Ridge, which is 7,264 yards. Sahalee Country Club is rated the best course near Woodinville
