Great proactive communication from the host. The house was really well stocked -- all the things you may need in the kitchen, soap and supplies in the bathrooms, etc. House in a central location walkable to the point and to the heart of town.

Our family had a wonderful stay!

Carolyn’s house was lovely! We found this house spotless and totally equipped with everything you need! Home was very spacious and worked so well for our family of 10. Highly recommend!

The property is beautiful and was the right size for our family. It is spacious and has plenty of amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked. If you’re going to the store to pick up things for your trip definitely wait until you get there. There is a Food Lion located nearby. We picked up Lysol wipes and there were some already there. So check before you buy. Carolyn provides everything you need for a great day at the beach. Though it was warm out we still took advantage of the fire pit so that we could get our s’mores fix in. Here’s another tip for you, rent your cart before you go. It’s the best way to get around. I would highly recommend this location and home.

We love Colonial Beach

This is about the seventh or eighth time we have stayed a long weekend in Colonial Beach. We rent a golf cart and love riding all over the town checking out the houses that were decked out for Halloween. It was even better this past weekend since they had a Halloween Golf Cart Parade on Saturday afternoon. They also had a BBQ Cook Off and their Fall Festival. This was a great weekend to be at Colonial Beach.
