Luxury and the perfect location for your beach vacation! Just 400 steps to the beach. Access points at Flagler Avenue and Esther Park,. 240 steps to historic Flagler Avenue and popular restaurants. This wonderfully planned and updated house is your own mini resort centrally located close to everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer!

Spend your days relaxing in your large, private backyard which has a covered lanai with plenty of seating, dining area, and tiki bar with outdoor refrigerator. You will love the outdoor shower for washing off under the sun or stars. The propane grill is perfect for a cookout any time of day. Bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and other beach gear are all waiting for you in the storage shed out back.

Inside, the Master Suite has a king bed, full size dresser, and a private bathroom. There is also a second master off the kitchen with a queen bed and its own full bathroom. The Family Bedroom has a king bed and twin bunk beds with a full bathroom just across the hall.

The updated kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals plus a separate coffee station with espresso machine, K-cup machine, coffee pot -all with a supply of coffee/pods and tea for you to enjoy!

Essential amenities include a private full size washer/dryer, smart TVs in every bedroom and living room, and wi-fi throughout.

Biking together though the New Smyrna community is a wonderful memory and there is so much to see and do. The back yard has plenty of space for activities and playgrounds, parks, and of course the beach are just a few minute walk away.

There is parking for 4 out front (with an EV charger) and there are 6 bikes in the back shed. Bike or walk to the beach or Flagler Ave and explore the rest of New Smyrna.

This home has been lovingly updated by the owner to make the perfect stay. There is an EV charger (220v and 50a) if you bring your electric vehicle. There are also nice touches like the two Dyson vacuums and the extra table leaf + chairs. Just pack you bags and feel at home- but at the beach!

The “Endless Summer” stay was a week of perfection!

Wonderful property! Spotless, comfortable, conveniently located to anything you could want yet homey beach-town vibes. Amazing hosts made sure everything was perfect for an unforgettable stay. Didn’t want to leave.

Excellent Stay

The property was as good or better than the listing description. There were a number of small items that made the stay better, such as a nighttime noise machine and outlets for the charging of phones and other electronic devices. We really enjoyed our stay and would enjoy the opportunity to stay there again.

Unparalleled property

The property is beautifully arranged and ideally situated. Family friendliness and cleanliness are assuredly one of the main focuses by the owner(s) .I stay here with my kids and we certainly will come back. Even when the weather doesn't cooperate, there are so many ways to have fun. That is, Netflix and so many other streaming platforms right and ready in all the rooms. There is also a vast of selection of board games placed in the living room. Everything ( basic ingredients and oven/stove/microwave/fridge) needed to cook a nice home meal. Several nice restaurants at walking distance. To top it off there is even a washer and dryer for those who travel light. Plenty of room and incredibly inviting. You simply can't go wrong.

Don was super helpful. The place has a great layout and backyard with plenty of amenities. Location is close to the beach and Flagler ave. Perfect rental in new Smyrna

Pam & Don have been an integral part of New Smyrna Beach for years. During our first visit to the area in 2017 we picked up on the unique vibe of merchants and the community and fell in love with the area. We've spent several years fully renovating this beach house to make it the perfect stay for our family and also guests when they are not using it.

Growing up in our family's restaurant business we learned outstanding hospitality skills, the importance of paying attention to detail and providing an outstanding guest experience. So inherently, as a Host, we have a genuine desire to create a memorable experience for our guests. We go the extra mile to make our guests feel welcome. If you are not familiar with the beach community, we can provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, restaurants (our favorite hidden gems), help navigate the area and discover unique experiences.
