The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances and cookware. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated, and the master suite boasts an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. BBQ with the outdoor kitchen and even fish right off the backyard.

Whip up a feast in this gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, wine refrigerator and cookware. Prefer to cook outside? No problem, this home has an outdoor kitchen with mini refrigerator, sink and featuring a new Blackstone griddle! Take a dip in the relaxing pool, watch tv outside or just lounge around watching the wildlife. You cannot go wrong with this home!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home except garage.
Other things to note
• We require all guests to be at least 21 years of age when they book or stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.

• The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage.

• Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.

• Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $150 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $5 every additional night.

• All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI GPS Portal powered by Charge Automation prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.

• I give permission to PMI- Gulf property Solutions to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by Gulf Property Management. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any
questions.

• Security Cameras are present at the property and are located in the Driveway and Backyard that are actively working 24/7 (No working camera in the poolside for privacy). These are installed solely for safety, security and to aid law enforcement.
