About this property

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Condo has been newly renovated in May 2023. New flooring, shiplap ceilings, lighting, fans, countertops, paint and updated bathrooms. Guests have access to the entire property including private beach access, pool, private fishing dock to the inlet and picturesque sunsets! There is a private Inlet Pointe Residents beach access across the street with a proprietary access sidewalk in between Compass Rose and Waterford condos. There is also a private pool for the residents in between the 2nd and 3rd buildings within the gated community, with laundry facilities and restrooms in the pool house. There is a private dock behind the pool perfect for excellent fishing or enjoying a beverage for a most beautiful sunset. There is a down ramp from the dock to the marsh which is walkable at low tide - you may want proper marsh shoes for this - flip flops are not reliable on this shell and pluff mud terrain. There are charcoal grills and picnic tables for community use next to each of the buildings as well.

Calming Coastal Getaway

Perfect location. Quiet little condo situated between the marsh and the beach in Murrells Inlet. Beautiful sunsets behind the property overlooking the marsh. The beach is less than a 5 min walk across the street. The beach is quiet and away from the crowds in the area. The restaurants in Murrells Inlet are a 10 min drive. If you are looking for a calm location- this is it.

Love and Ocean Breezes in the air

We've been staying at inlet point for years. This unit was a pleasant surprise. Fully stocked kitchen, newly updated unit, and a bonus perk, peeks of the ocean off the balcony. This owner even considered the sun/ rain on the third floor and provided an umbrella, which has been bolted to the railing. The owner checked and was very responsive to even silly questions. The best part was the king bed and with most of the units making the switch to digital entry, it was a blessing to have access to the closet and it's beach chairs, since we forgot ours 😁 We will stay here again

Very Nice!

Very clean and cozy 2 bedroom with super convenient access to beach and pier/ boat dock on the inlet. Really great, not crowded beach. We found everything we needed inside...plus! Well equipped for cooking meals. But, conveniently, walking distance to restaurants. Beds are comfortable (didn't try the pull out sofa bed). We enjoyed the small balcony with lighted umbrella. Clean pool and coin laundry. Good communication with host(?). They checked in a couple of times in case we needed anything. Murrells Inlet is a nice place to vacation and we were very happy with this property. It is everything it promises.
