Walkable to adorably cute and highly accoladed restaurants like Bird Biscuit, Dai Due, and Vic and Al's- you will not go hungry or fall short of amazing options. Being Avid travelers ourselves, we paid attention to the details and staged each unit to reflect the amenities and provisions we would look for when searching for the perfect spot to stay!

The front house is a CLUBHOUSE complete with an Arcade Room, Poker Room, Ping Pong Table, 80" TV, Fuseball and Concession Stand. There is a backyard with lawn games. The clubhouse is available for an additional nightly fee or can be rented daily.

Comfy, cozy, and roomy

Four old friends enjoyed the convenient location, room to spread out, communal areas for games and catching up. We loved the property, which seems pretty new. Lots of great features- although it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor space. Gave some feedback about nice touches to add. Would definitely recommend.

Plenty of space but more issues than we expected

Ahead of our trip, I was shocked by the number of rules that were shared by the property manager - curfews, restrictions on temperature settings for the A/C, even being told you can't move furniture without owner permission, with threats of fines for any violations. Not a great start. The property driveway was strange - it's very long, and this home is set all the way to the back, so if other guests are staying in the two properties closer to the street, you might get boxed in behind people you don't know. Our first night, we had several issues - there was a strong stench of sewage, the power went out in the master bedroom, and a cockroach made an appearance. The property manager initially said they would send someone over to investigate the smell, but the next morning they said that there had been a septic issue the previous week and the smell was likely related and a result of the recent rain and nothing could be done. That was frustrating but at least they came by with some air freshener to help with the stinkiness. Communication was inconsistent - since this property is run by a management company, different people were responding and it was unclear if they were communicating with each other.Those irritating issues aside, there are several restaurants in walking distance and the location is great - convenient but quiet. Furniture was comfortable and lots of space for everyone.One suggestion for owner/property manager: Please put up curtains downstairs for privacy!

Short trip

So I chose this place for space and its pool. I have two little ones so space and individual rooms is an important part when booking for us. This house has adequate space as well as nice rooms however I was let down with the pool. It said on main title heated pool installed by march I believe so I figured all was well in that department, Well the pool made it but not the heater. My kids and I tried the first day we got there and it was freezing. Tried next day to open to the sun but no luck so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool and that was second reason we chose this place. Second it said they had an electric outdoor grill which they did but there were no pellets which you had to use so that backed up our dinner for that night on top of no pool. I mean it doesn’t seem like a big deal but when you have to plan your days, nights etc cause you have kids and a husband who has to work everyday while there it becomes important. If I would have known the heater in pool wasn’t added yet I would have chosen a different location due to water still being to cold, I paid more because of pool and never got to use. Aside from that stuff place was still beautiful. Very comfortable for 5 people two toddlers included. Love the coffee throughout the house. Lee I’m guessing was manager of property was so helpful at all times. I texted like several times and always quick to respond and checked up on us during our stay to make sure all was well. My family really enjoyed the stay. We will be back.
