The property was very clean and spacious. It is located in a lovely quiet area but within a short walk of a metro station to access Seville. The villa was generally well equipped but it would have been nice to have another sunlounger. Ara was super responsive and so helpful with all our questions. We had a wonderful weekend at the villa and would recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at this home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was perfect for our large group and comfortably accommodated all 12 of us with plenty of space to relax, gather, and enjoy the weekend together. The outdoor area was especially beautiful and made the stay feel even more special.The house was extremely well equipped with everything we needed, which made traveling with a big group so easy and stress free. On top of that, the neighborhood was lovely, peaceful, and a great place to stay.Most importantly, the host was absolutely incredible. Communication was seamless from start to finish and they were so accommodating, responsive, and kind throughout our stay. We truly felt taken care of. We would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially larger groups, and would love to stay here again in the future.

A really big house with a lot of bedrooms. The kitchen was also spacious. A big downside is the fact that there is only 1 ''comfortable shower'', all the other bathrooms have a shower but no shower head. Which means you need to hold the hose by yourself. The airconditioning works fine and helps with the heat. The pool can make some noise because there is air in the filter system. It was also not fully filled with water. The loungeset on the front of the garden is different than shown in the picture. The neighbors have really loud dogs which can bark quite a while. I know this is not something the owner or house can do about but it is worth mentioning. Overall can I recommend the stay.

La casa es muy bonita y amplia. Las fotos soy muy parecidas a la realidad pero hay detalles que no te das cuenta en las fotos que hace que no sea estancia de 10. Por el precio que tiene debería estar mejor acondicionada se ve que falta algo de mantenimiento en muchos detalles.La puerta del garaje no cerraba bien. El único toldo estaba roto y tuvimos que hacer un apaño para usadlo. Los focos del suelo del jardín se caen solos con el aire. La piscina le hace falta algun agarre al salir sobre todo si hay niños o personas mayores y el gresite está caído en muchas zonas. Por la noche algún foco en la zona de mesa se agradece porque no se ve para poder cenar, tuvimos que usar linternas de movil.Falta menaje para 9 personas pocos vasos por ejemplo .Sombrillas para dar sombra, se hace imposible almorzar fuera por ejemplo o estar de sobremesa hasta q se va el sol, ni una sombrilla (parasol). En los baños q están preciosos faltan detalles como perchas consejo no queja. El primer día.el frigo no funcionaba nos fastidio bastante por la comida que llevábamos, nos atendieron rápido por móvil pero la tarde ya no pudimos aprovecharlo.bien. El horario de salida debería ser más tardío para poder aprovechar algo el día de salida. La verdad que por ese precio por día y medio es excesivo. Ventajas piscina y que tiene aire acondicionado centralizado que es ideal. Pero sin sombrilla se hacía muy difícil estar mucho afuera durante el díaTiene cerca supermercado andando y zona tranquila
