I was looking for easy access to the ski school and it was perfectly located for that. Room was nicely decorated and kitchen was well stocked and convenient. Cleaning was Ok. Good value for location.

Great stay. Only issue was the distance up stairs to condo. Hard when taking in luggage &/or groceries. Would have been nice to know about the distance before arrived.
Location was great, right on Mountainside. The views were great and walked right out the door for hiking trails. The condo was great for me and my wife with a full kitchen, nice living room area and king bed. The only downfall was the A/C had a difficult time keeping the place cool. Luckily the outside temps dropped after the first day.
Absolutely gorgeous place. It was way bigger than I even thought it was gonna be. Was there for a few nights by myself and then my adult daughter joined me She was overwhelmed with how big it was and how nice. Literally right outside the window you can sit on the deck and watch people right on the slope walking by.
This is a nice condo in one of the best locations you can have at the Park City Mountain base area. As it is a 2nd floor unit, it is subject to people stomping on the floor above, which we encountered for a couple of the nights. They could improve the setup by having a small bench or at least a chair in the entrance area, as they want you to put on/remove ski boots there.
What I’m writing here is something that I would value before deciding to book a place to stay. I’m not complaining, just sharing our experience. Hopefully this is helpful to the owners as well as future guests. There is lots of room for improvement. Regarding communication, we were sent an email about the garage being closed during our stay. When I wrote asking about parking I was sent the regular garage information. I had to write back with a copy of the email in order to get a response. On the topic of parking, we were sent a full paragraph describing how to get to the unit from the garage. Several different elevators and staircases etc. Be prepared to lug your stuff. This should definitely be part of the description. We would not have booked it if we knew this was the situation. Cleanliness…I don’t want to have to clean when I ENTER a place I pay for to stay. The kitchen, bathroom and bedside table all required some level of cleaning. There was a large, dirty mattress pad stuffed next to the dresser making it impossible to open the drawers on that one side. We appreciated having 2 bathrooms and plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom and a stand up type of air conditioner in the living space. We only needed to use it the first day. If you do use the air conditioner in the bedroom, you must open the door off the patio so it won’t overheat. This too was not in the description. Now you all know.
