The condo boasts of an oversized balcony with loungers and table and chairs to dine alfresco while enjoying magnificent southern views of Marco Island's crescent beach.
Enter the balcony from the living room and both bedrooms. There is a queen-size bed and TV in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom. Included for your enjoyment are beach chairs, beach towels. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles.
