Seafront Tropical Caribbean luxurious home w/pool at Iguana Beach House Belize

Enjoy the Caribbean Sea views from my private gated property that sits on acre on the seafront. My home is decorated in boho chic decor with colors of the sea and the warm hues of the sunset. It’s has all of the comforts of home and luxury at the same time. There is a gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked with all the cutlery, kitchen gadgets, cookware and dinnerware to make a feast. The kitchen is stocked with array of spices and condiments for your convenience. I provide coffee, teas, sugar, honey and cream.

Each ensuite has a memory foam Cal King bed with quality linens and pillows. The bathrooms have large tiled stall showers with shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash dispensers. There are plenty of towels and extra linens. If there is an extra couple, there is a deluxe inflatable queen bed that has a pillow top and headboard.

The pool is a 15x40 lap style pool to swim laps and also a lounging ledge if you prefer to relax in the lounge chair and take in some sun. There is a attached covered deck and plenty of pool toys. It’s lit up at night and beautiful to take a moonlit swim under the stars. It’s very intoxicating and romantic. If you want to take a dip in the sea you can do so from my dock or enjoy the amazing sunsets from there as well. I have a big double hammock set up under the tree so you can lay in it and enjoy the beautiful sea view or nap and read.

There is a 25 ft Skiff available for charter if you want to go fly fishing, dolphin watching, a sunset cruise or just go out and anchor and tie off to the boat and float around on a float toy and. Come one with the sea.

There are several day excursions nearby. Cerros Sands Mayan ruins, Shipstern Nature reserve that has a lots of walking trails and over 300 species of birds and a butterfly farm. This area is a popular bird watching attraction.

Just down the beach is a bar and restaurant called Izadora’s that has a cool local vibe with good food and drink and sunset views. They also do karaoke every Friday if you wish to partake. In the village you will find local markets, eateries, and a tortilla factory, and you’ll probably be able to catch the local teams playing soccer, or “football” as they say.

This is an adult only property. No one under 18. There is no smoking allowed in the house, but there is a smoking area outside with a covered ashtray.

I would recommend bringing the following items: sun hat, long sleeve shirt for sun protection, water shoes, mosquito repellent, refillable water bottles, and leave all your cares behind.
