Recently renovated from the moment you arrive the peace and tranquility is surreal. The views of the landscape from the enormous windows are breathtaking. This house has its own personality which envelopes you from the moment you enter. Watch the sun set behind the blackstairs mountain while sipping your wine on the veranda, conservatory or garden. Lots of privacy in this beautiful house with all the amenities of home. Enjoy fresh scones and bread on arrival. Within walking distance of the local pub and shop. For people wanting to escape the stresses of modern living, you won't find a more scenic relaxing home. If you are a walking/ biking enthusiats this place will be your paradise. For the kids, there is a brilliant playground in Bunclody with tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool in the Summer. There are some lovely places to eat close by and some good pubs with live music at the weekend. Alternatively stay in and light the stove, watch a movie on the telly before retiring to enjoy a sleep in the comfy beds. Enjoy a round of golf in the famous Bunclody golf course. Fishing is also popular on the nearby River Slaney( be sure to check permission before hand). Pet Friendly. We welcome well behaved dogs. All bedroom are on the ground floor. Upstairs is a storage area only.

Due to a steep slope and steps to access thd house, this house is not suitable for people with mobility issues and it is not wheelchair accessible.

1.There are balconies at the property overlooking a height with protective railing in place.
2 The property is directly accessible onto a roadway with no gate. Therefore it is important to supervise children by adults at all times.
3. There are steps to access the property. This may be a potential hazard to children.
Children must be supervised by adults at all times when playing outside in the gardens area. Other things to note This house is on a steep hill and there are steps to access the door enabling panoramic views of the mountains. It is not suitable for people with mobility issues. It is not wheelchair accessible. There are verandas with railing.
Non shedding family dogs are allowed on request before booking. No other pets are permitted.
