As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the bright and welcoming ambiance that fills every corner of the house. Sunlight streams through the windows, casting a warm glow on the modern furnishings and tasteful decor. The open-concept living area seamlessly connects the living room and fully equipped kitchen, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere for gatherings with family and friends. Between three bedrooms and an extra twin rollaway bed, this home sleeps seven comfortably, and a total of eight.

When you aren't relaxing inside, this home features an adorable outdoor porch, complete with comfortable seating arrangements. Whether you want to bask in the morning sun with a cup of coffee, soak in the breathtaking mountain views, or simply unwind with a good book, this outdoor haven is the ideal spot. Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
