If you like golf, then you'll love this home located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, right on the 9th hole fairway across from the Club House at the 27 hole Pagosa Springs Golf Course. Even if you don't like golf, you will still love this large, open concept home that's close to everything in uptown Pagosa Springs.

This 3 bed, 2 bath log home will not disappoint. When you walk in, the large living greats you and provides ample space for the entire group to hang out and talk about the days adventures in front of the gas fireplace. Enjoy the large flat screen TV with HDTV and Satellite or catch up on the internet with high speed WIFI. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all in one large room, so no one is left alone, or you can enjoy the quiet of the enclosed patio off the 9th fairway where you can read, play games or just enjoy your coffee and watch the golfers. This large kitchen has everything you will want to cook at home and has 4 bar stools for casual dining or a full size dining table for everyone. If you don't want to cook, you can always take a short walk to the club house restaurant "7530' The Eatery" for lunch/dinner or evening cocktails where you can enjoy one of the best views in Pagosa Springs.

The bedrooms are all made up in a European style down comforters with comforter covers. The bedrooms are all nice size. The queen bedroom opens up through sliding doors to the covered patio. The kids room has 2 twins and Both of these rooms share a full bathroom down the hall. The master has a king bed, but the room. This room has a nice desk and full size, 2 sink bathroom with separate room for toilet and shower.

This home is permitted for 6 guests with a king bed, queen bed and 2 twins.

All trailers, RV's, Campers or other recreation vehicles ("Other Vehicles") must be
approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

You also get a 2 car garage and full laundry with this home.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

This home does not have AC.

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

Beautiful cabin in a gorgeous location!

We loved staying in this beautiful cabin and the check in and check out was super easy! The beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed our coffee on the porch every morning. We hope to come back again!

Comfortable home in a great location, especially if you plan to play lots of golf. The golf club shop is just a short stroll outside the back door. Located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to all of the activities and restaurants in Pagosa Springs. We had a great time.

Great house on the golf course and close to town

Enjoyed 3 nights over the July 4th weekend! Saw a bunch of hot air balloons flying over and got in a round of golf. Great front and back porch to sit and enjoy the cool mornings and evenings. We had a group of five plus our dog and the house was great. The bunk room for our teenagers was perfect. The main room has an open layout and it’s very spacious. The house is stocked with everything you will need, and is located at the end of the cul de sac and it’s quiet.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location and close to everything while nestled among trees ans fairways. The geese and deer come daily at the delight of my grandchildren. The kitchen is totally equipped and even has spices, and condiments so you can prepare and serve family without buying all the prep items. We will be planning on returning. Great experience and property for families with children and pets.

A few problems with the property management team. Not enough towels when we arrived. Notified PM but only one more was provided. Ask for early checkin for 2pm. When I called at 3pm, I was told then that 2 pm was OK. Problem with internet but they was solved very quickly. Over all very nice stay and would stay there again.

Quiet and lots of wildlife

This home is situated on a golf course and provided viewing of the wildlife that frequented the course. Geese, deer, and even a fox! Plenty of room for our family of 4. All necessities were provided (towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags). We enjoyed our time and would stay here again!

We really enjoyed the property as it is very close to town, but also about 10 minutes to the National Forest (Coyote Hill hike). The house was very clean and had all the necessary amenities needed for a 2 week stay.
