Fabulous renovated historic home in great location old town

This beautiful, historic home in a great location is a fully renovated 3 story home with 4 large bedrooms and a great kitchen. This is a gem! Wonderful 200 year old stone home with high end kitchen, great bedrooms, bathrooms and beautiful wood floors. Now, the few items that can be improved. 1. The property management team is poor, very bad communication. They did not even send the check in details to me on 1 day before our stay began. I had to contact them to ask for check in details. 2. We stayed for 4 nights. It was expensive. This was a high end, expensive home. $ bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There were 7 of us on the trip. They only gave us 7 towels, one bath towel per person for all 4 days. There were no extra towels at all! They should provide lots more towels for such a high end home. 3. GLASSES, SILVERWARE There were too few mugs, glasses and silverware. There were only about 8 coffee mugs, and 8 sets of silverware, 8 glasses and wine glasses. We had to wash dishes twice a day. 3. They did not have any notebook, or written information in the unit about who to contact if questions or problems. 4. For such a gorgeous, expensive home in a great location, there should be better property managment team!

Spectacular location - Horrible Property Management

Location is great. Place is wonderful. Property management and upkeep is horrible. Parking was not as described and caused problems the entire stay - access, authorization, etc. No hot water and a clogged sink in bathroom...never fixed even after multiple requests. Dryer was not working and wet towels and sheets from previous visitors were in a stack on the floor. Lamps were missing light bulbs. The list goes on.

Luxurious living

Stayed for three nights. Beautiful, clean place with lots of room for everybody. Quiet and comfortable when in the house but close to downtown and old Montreal. The only thing negative would be we were missing a few remotes. One for a tv and the others for the garage. We were busy and didn’t bother to inquire about them but we did inquire about an early check-in and the response was prompt and communication was great throughout the entire process. If I was with a larger group I would return to this property without any hesitation.

Great Location, Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful, historic home in Old Montreal. It is a few minutes from the cathedral as well as the Old Port. Maybe a ten minute walk to the metro and a bit more to China Town. Plus, it has garage parking. Check in was easy, hosts very easy to work with. Highly recommend.
