Lucky guests of La Maison des Patriotes, a charming heritage building built in 1814. La Maison des Patriotes, is centrally located and walking distance to all amenities and best attractions in Old Montreal. Seconds away from place Jacques-Cartier where all entertainment happens.

8 guests with possibility up to maximum 20 guests with extra fees. Starting from guest 9 up to 20, it will be 75$ per person per night.

We welcome you and your group to our home! Please always message us the final number of guests coming.If additional guests arrive, we reserve the right to charge an extra fee of 75$ per person per night. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain our home integrity.

ANY DAMAGES to the furniture or decor, you will be responsible to cover the FULL AMOUNT to replace it or to fix it.
This is a SMOKE-FREE building. An extra 300$ cleaning fees will be charged for smoking inside the building.

This is a perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Montreal. Our host made himself available to assist with check-in, and helped us locate the property for easy check-in. The location is also perfect - right in the middle of a great area, yet not overly loud or chaotic. We would definitely return for a future trip!

We were a large group for a bachelorette party and had the absolute best time. Alaa was kind and very flexible with everyone’s arrival and departure times. There was plenty of room, and the location was great. Some quirks and rules due to it being an older building, but all in all a great place to stay.

Great Location!

This was a great place to stay with friends in old Montreal. The place was very clean and Alaa answered all my questions leading up to our stay. The location can't be beat and it is a great place to stay with a large group of family and/or friends.
