Ideal location!! You can’t get more central than this! Beautiful, clean, modern apartment! We’ve been to Montreal many times. This was far and away our best stay!!

Excellent service and a great location!

This apartment is just as advertised! Great location and great accommodations. 4 senior adults enjoyed 5 days in lovely Montreal. Vlad is very accommodating and a great host! There are some steep stairs as there are in most apartments in Montreal but we managed. This wouldn't work for someone with serious mobility issues. Very clean and well stocked.

Great spot for a girls weekend

Amazing location. Ad pictures are accurate, the space is absolutely lovely. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Back spiral stairs are a little stressful to climb. Park out front to load and unload, as the front stairs are easier to climb.

A very smooth experience.

We have experience with staying in Montreal several times over the last few years. But this was our first time at this particular VRBO, and I can say it is perfect. Host Vlad is extremely kind and responsive. The apt itself is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. And the location is a great one. We will absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Vlad!

Milestone Birthday Celebration with 3 Friends

This condo was very clean and felt like a home away from home. The beds are extremely comfortable and the host is helpful and quick to respond. Everything you may need is available and the property is accurate to the pictures. We could walk easily to many locations or take a quick uber ride when needed! Highly recommend this as a stay when in Montreal! People with mobility concerns may find the stairs are steep

Great family apartment

Our family of 4 stayed here and it was perfect! Awesome neighborhood to stroll around in, with endless food options. There is a nice little grocery store a 10 min walk away on Rue Roy. It was really convenient to have a parking spot to stash our car. Very clean and well designed!

Montreal Trip

Check-in was easy, the apartment was clean, nice layout for the three of us, and the sitting area was comfortable. We were able to have a relaxing evening chatting away about our daytime events.We did a lot of walking from one point to another, which was perfect for us. The only time we used taxi service was our return from the IGA Stadium, we walked to the Stadium in the morning. Grocery stores were close by and we found a very nice Italian Restaurant a couple of blocks away.The only suggestion we would make is to have a notebook that identifies grocery stores and restaurants close by.Had a nice time and appreciated Vlad making sure we had every thing we needed.Especially liked the cleaning up process before we left, there was no responsibility for us like taking the sheets off the bed. Straightened up and we were able to leave on time to catch our flight.

Memorable Montreal stay

This rental lived up to the beautiful description and pictures of this centrally located city apartment. Fantastic location within 5 to 30 mins walk to eateries, shopping, Museums, McGill University. Our host Vlad was quick to respond to a question we had in the middle of the day. He was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely rent this Vrbo again!

Gorgeous Place Gorgeous Location

We loved our stay and will definitely be back. We have stayed all over Montreal, but this is by far our favorite neighborhood just steps from the gorgeous St. Louis Square And tons of amazing restaurants and shops. Vladi Was wonderful about answering any questions we had and the apartment was fully stocked with everything we could’ve possibly needed. Thank you so much! My only recommendation would be to replace the no parking sign for the parking space because it’s worn away and we came home one day and someone was parked in our spot and we had to track them down to get them to move. But it wasn’t a huge deal and everything else was A++++

Wonderful Stay in Montréal’s Plateau

The apartment provided a wonderful home base for exploring the Plateau neighborhood and the Sherbrooke Métro station was just a few minutes walk to get to everything else in Montréal. Everything about the apartment was wonderful and it feels even larger than it appears in the pictures. Vlad was super responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Montréal! One note: As stated elsewhere, the back steps are quaint, but a slight challenge to getting suitcases into and out of the flat (though I can attest…it can be done). If arriving by car - and if possible - a better bet is to pull into the little automobile indent (adjacent to the bike lane) on Rue St. Denis and drop suitcases off there before parking in back.

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location for exploring Montreal. The rooms were clean and well appointed with great living space, comfortable beds and balconies off two of the bedrooms. The host responded promptly to all queries. The only downside was a loud TV in a neighbour’s apartment heard into the early hours each night from one of the bedrooms. Other than that I’d recommend this as a fantastic place to stay in a central location in Montreal. It is walking distance from the old town and old port and only 5 mins walk from the nearest metro

Perfect location

Staying at this apartment made our short weekend so easy! Rue St. Denis had everything- close to restaurants, shops, & steps from the metro to take us to the Old City sights. 3 bedrooms is key with 2 young adult children. Plenty of space for us all. Loved spending time on the balcony! Vlad was a wonderful host - communication was easy and timely. We will be back.
