We had a great stay at this apartment for exploring Montreal. It was located near two metro stations and there was a great breakfast restaurant located beneath us and plenty of restaurants for lunch and dinner in the Village. It was a vibrant and lively neighborhood especially at the weekend. The apartment was clean, light and airy and the kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils and there was a washer and dryer which was very useful. The main living area is an open plan layout which was nice when hanging out and cooking. Please note there are two sets of stairs when entering the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and thank you to our host Simon. It was a pleasure staying in your apartment.

This space was very clean and spacious with all the dishes, pots and pans to cook meals. The host responded quickly to my queries. The furniture was comfortable although the beds are on the small size, perhaps doubles? Also the beds felt quite hard. It was great to have a patio but it was accessed through one of the bedrooms and up a fire escape. The location was wonderful, easy to walk to many sights and also near the Metro station.

Montreal familt trip!

The space was great! Clean, spacious, and secure. I also appreciated the parking nearby. Lots of food options nearby, within walking distance. Host was responsive and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would reccomend to anyone visiting the Montreal area!

Beautiful property...Everything we Needed!

My daughter and I were on vacation (with a bit of required remote work) on our first visit to Montreal. We enjoyed this property tremendously. The open concept kitchen & living room was a treat with the well thought out upgrades & modern finishes. Super clean, quiet, and easy to uber to our various locations we'd planned to visit throughout our stay.

Great Vacay!

This was our second visit to Montreal. Alexandrine’s place was wonderful and she was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and arranging parking. The bottle of vino and croissants was an unexpected plus. Would stay again.

Short Stay

Lovely condo, close to everything, although the village has quite a few homeless. Easy to travel to all ponts of interest in Montreal. Access to public transportation and Metro are excellent..

Great Location

This property is as advertised - clean and bedrooms were quiet. There are two flights of stairs to enter the apartment. The location is in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants close by. It is conveniently located near two Metro stations. We couldn’t use the parking spot since there had been a snowstorm, but Simon was easy to communicate with. O’Thym was a great birthday night out and the breakfast places on the block were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Montreal 3day vacation

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment. It is very well appointed. In good condition and the shower was great. It’s in the village with a little supermarket, which organic and gluten free foods which was great as one of us is celiac. Restaurants and a great espresso coffee shop and breakfast place too beneath the apartment.. Subway within 2 minutes walk and the old town 20 minutes walk. I’d definitely stay again and the host is attentive and helpful with questions.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Montreal

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. We were surprised how spacious it is considering its location in the heart of the Village, 15-20 min walk to Old Port/Old Montreal, 3 min to subway station. Roof top terrace is a nice bonus. The apartment is great for a family with couple kids or 2 couples. Definitely recommend. Communication with Simon was great. Instructions are clear. We had everything we needed.

Walkable location

20-30 minute walks to most points of interest. Easy check in and communication, thank you Alex. Clean and well appointed apartment. Parking was a plus! Only complaints were several bulbs were out and needed replacing. 2 flights of steps up to apt. should have been listed in description.

As Advertised

The apartment is exactly like the pictures. Alexandrine was great with the check in and was very prompt will all replies. Location was fantastic as we walked to most things and lots of stores, shops, and restaurants. The Metro is just 2 blocks away. Booked this rental because they could provide a paid parking spot which was great because trying to park in Montreal can be fun. Have to request the parking spot. Would definitely book again when we go back to Montreal.

Well-appointed family-friendly stay

We spent a long weekend here in December. The apartment was spacious, and had everything that we needed for a weekend visit with our toddler, including a portable crib and high chair. The layout was especially nice because we could put out son to bed and enjoy our evening in the living room, far enough away from the bedrooms that we didn't have to be so quiet. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and Richard was very friendly and accommodating. He helped us find parking for our rental car at a reasonable rate, and was generous with restaurant recommendations. The apartment was well-situated to exploring: lots of local restaurants, near the metro, walkable to the Old Port (20+ minutes), and a convenient drive to many of the other places that we wanted to visit. We'd definitely recommend this apartment!

Montreal appartment

The location is very good. The hop on hop off bus is right outside the door. The appartment has a wonderful semi-private deck that my wife and I used almost every night. Perfect place to unwind after sight seeing all day. The bedrooms are to the back, which means they buffer all street noise. Nice. The funiture in the living room wasn't very comfortable, but we really weren't there for the furniture. The neighborhood takes a little getting used to. We are both a little older, and I realized very quickly why they called it the village or boys town. Never too old to learn.

Roomy place in a colorful neighborhood.

The apartment is super comfortable and roomy but the neighborhood really makes it special. Ethnic food everywhere, a sweet coffee shop downstairs and a cafe too. It happened to be Gay Pride Week and we so enjoyed the festivities. The rooftop was a soecial bonus.
