Now includes 1 free parking spot! Rare downtown!
-We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) Washer and Dryer too!
Bedrooms:
Two bedrooms with each a queen size sized bed and the other bedroom has 2 queen sized beds (all of our beds have memory foam mattresses). Upon request, we can set up 1 sofa bed. Luggage racks are provided.
Kitchen, dining and living area:
Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) with essentials and cookware. Heated ceramic floors.

Located Downtown Montreal. A minute away from the subway(Sherbrooke), a park a few feet away and restaurants right out your doorstep!

-Place des arts
-5 minute walk to "the Main" boul. St. Laurent

-5 minute walk to Quartier Latin
-20 minute walk or 7 minute drive to the old port
Coming down by bus? We're only a 6 minute walk from the central bus station!
-Please note that we hold the necessary permits required by law to rent our properties short-term.
Reserve without any worries of your reservation being canceled due to city by-laws!

Note that there is video surveillance in the common staircase
